WORST EXPERIENCEOur organization from Pune is associated with BCD travel company. On behalf of my organization, I requested(via mail) their travel agent(in our premises) to make a payment to a foreign visa embassy, and also pinged him personally for the same. No reply for two days. After insisting for the reply, reply was - Bank issue (no specific detailed reason). Without any substitute, the guy left for a week training(can not be contacted). I have been chasing email ids mentioned in this guys out of office email. I also tried their head-office landline phones in India, but in vain. It has been three days now and I am still looking forward that my request will be processed.I would suggest individuals and organizations - DO NOT associate with this company.Regards,Gaurav.Pune, Maharashtra, India.
