I paid with a UPI app and unfortunately Reliance did not receive the money however it was deducted. I opted to pay for cash and the manager quickly shared the number of the payments team so that I could get my UPI refund. I got the refund in 7days despite reading some horrible stories online. Great job Reliance.

Parking is cramped. But super market is very well maintained and we have good offers.

Parking charges ₹20. You can claim the charges back when you buy something at the billing counter. Not sure if it needs some minimum billing. Good part is that it accepts gpay etc for parking charges too. A small part of reliance footwear, reliance digital is also there on top floor. One place for all of it.

Reliance SMART offers good service at reasonable rates. Good offers and discounts on almost all products. Nice place for for regular groceries with 5% to 50% discount on products. Regular Groceries n Kitchen items can be bought at reasonable rates here. The clothing section is haphazardly arranged and its a real task to find an item of your like. Staff is very helpful. Good management and everything organized. This place offers good discount on products. Since connected to highway, car entry and exit is difficult and sounds a bit risky. Also the car parking is difficult due to narrow space. However good space for bike parking. Most of the Staff is polite but local employees are arrogant

Reliance Smart is working tirelessly during the pandemic to supply all the essentials to customer & must be applauded for their work. All necessary things are available in the store. All things are kept neatly at proper place & everything is easy to find.One big problem with the store is Punctuality. When the timing is 8 am to 5 pm due to government restrictions, the store must open & start operating at 8 am, however to my surprise the shutter wasnt open till 8:15 & the billing machines took another 10 minutes to start so the store actually started working at 8:25 am.Also another problem is with the discount offers. Those mentioned on product racks are different from actual offers in the billing machines. There should be alignment in the offers mentioned on product racks & those in the billing machines.I hope the concern authorities at Reliance Smart will take a note of it and will rectify wherever required.

I have been to this place many a times and every alternate time I visit I had a billing issue. Please verify the price first before getting the products billed.

Its a Decent Mall, big space but still smaller than one in Kharadi, fruits and veggies were fresh, they have everything except appliances. Car parking can be an issue.. its not that big, can fit 10-12 cars (no chance of getting parking on weekends) and internal road is small and there is no lift access to mall from where you park that means if you go alone you have to walk back to parking with all the groceries. Cart cant go up because very high ascending road towards parking which is in above floor. Its really annoying. Otherwise everything alright. Ambience and positioning of item is good, but as it is just beside the state highway and less space for 4 wheelers parking, so sometimes commutation becomes a problem. People often seen parking their vehicle at the other side of the road and crossing the road on foot and as there is no street lights so chances of accidents are higher.

All staff are only busy in own self..no one is ready to help about search any product..

This store is near to decathlon in wagholi. People living near wagheshwar temple in wagholi and lohegon wagholi road can have easy access to this place. You can get almost all items of your requirement but stocks are less as compared to kharadi branch.

Today 31 jan 2019 . I went To reliance smart for shopping , i thought its opening today . i did shopping here for around 3 hrs . My bill was 3635 .. i shocked 😯. 3635 ₹ for just my once visite shopping charges. I paid the amount and i get out of the shop . Then i checked my bill for too much amount .. i found that they charged me 1758 ₹ for lemon .. i bought only 38 ₹ lemon and they charged me 1758 ₹ ..is that joke ? Then i went to customer support . After that one lady comes to me and she took my bill and she was searching for that 1758 ₹ lemons in my shopping trolley . I said i also didnt found that 28 kg lemons in my trolly .she again started to search . After that she said that may be you bought big size lemon , thats y its charged you 1758 ₹ ... I shocked again ... I said search for that big size lemon ... She didnt found . After she called someone , i think he was manager . He checked my bill and he said it was system mistake . We will correct it .. i said is this your service ?? He didnt apologize for the mistake .. and also that lady didnt . I said i dont belive you .. you must check my whole shopping cart and correct it with my bill. He started to check .. all items were correctly in bill .. after that he make one gate pass for 1758 ₹ and gave it to me . I signed and returned to the next. And they proved that how smart they are ..as per that gate pass , they showed 28 kg / 1758 ₹ lemons they taking back to the store from me ... Thats y the store name is Reliance SMART. they are smart. They gave me back my 1758₹ in cash through their worker and they didnt said anything .. i was expecting some apologetic behavior from them .. but they didnt .. and i successfully wasted my 4 hours of shopping .. 3 hours in shopping and 1 hour in arguments and sorting out my problem..Now from my side ..1. Worst experience from Reliances smart wagholi ..2. Customer service is not satisfied .3. All good offered product was sold out.4. They didnt apologize for them mistake or i say FRAUD.5. very bad behavior of seniors of Reliance Smart.6. There were no enough parking space at store ...you have to park your vehicle on side of the road at your own risk.7 . And what if i didnt check my bill ? Are they agree with their mistake after i left the store ?? Will they return my money ??Worst experiance with reliance Smart.. never want to go again . And never want to send someone...

You can get almost every grocery item here. Parking is a bit of an issue, especially for 4 wheelers because theres only parking for the two wheeler.

After purchasing no one helping to pack material neither keeping bags for packing.Also customer support not good,as they are not educated for there work to help customer.They no idea about UPI transaction & so on.Its becomes big headach to customer & wastage of time.

But experience a very low percentage of Discount even after the Rs.5k+ Shopping.Doesnt Expect from Reliance Fresh.I would not recommend for those who always want the discount on each and every product. Overall all kind of Products are sold at retail price. Finally very good service from it and Staff is not only So active but also so much helpful.

The store is on the highway so it is easy to reach there for wagholi people. Less crowded store, but they have limited stocks as compare to other reliance stores. There might be parking issues for four wheelers.
