Too bad..Too costly..Owner is greedy & impoliteHv variety of food but useless as we can get same at 15-20% discount in other shops like Chinchwad shop.

Great service, good people, doctor is very nice in explaining the things also the owner is very polite and helpful in nature and staff is well behaved.

Good shop with attendant to help you. They almost have everything that youll need for your pet. For my cat they suggested a shampoo which is really great, so in terms of suggestions you can rely on them. Though they could improve the variety and also everything is sold at MRP, where as on Amazon and other online portals youll get the same stuff at discounted prices. They should consider the same.

- Huge pet shop in Ajmera- Almost all food items for all types of pets are available here- Pets houses and their accessories are available too- Parking area is available for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler- The owner of the shop is very rude- Also the birds that they have kept is in pathetic state.. they have no space and food is not properly fed to them..- they have one ATM also

It literally seems like a galaxy.. they have packed so much in there.. Staff could use some training in customer service, the owner is knowledgeable and courteous, he seems to have learnt from experiences and can extend a good advice regarding your query with your pet !

Frist simple expection someone attend you there are two person s available but Ladies are ok but male person is on busy with his mobil phone we are both ( husband and wife) waiting for 10 -15min not single respond so we go akurdi and take belt for my doggy very worst experience.

Has a good range of dog products, but I was disappointed to not find KMR there. Also, aquarium fish maintainance is pretty poor - all the guppies I bought from there infected my healthy ones... Most other fish show signs of illnesses too.

I bought a pup from PETS GALAXY and they promised to give me the KCI paper of the dog regarding his lineage and thats it is a pure breed in 4 months after i buy the pup but to my wonder these people are so arrogant that they now when I call them they just hung up and in case they pick up the phone they make lame excuses for not having the paper.Its being 8 months now since i bought my pup from these guys.These people are just pathetic, sincerely avoid them.
