Very pathetic delivery service. I had faced this issue twice hence sharing with you all. A girl who was making a bill (I dont know her name but she was very arrogant) asked us to take the heavy stuff along with us when we asked for delivery at house. What kind of delivery service these guys are providing when we need take heavy stuff with us and keeping the rest for them to delivery. My Bill was around 1400 rs and their free delivery is on over 500 rs. When I denied to carry heavy stuff then she called store Manager but he was also in her favour. I told her this not acceptable as I am regular customer resident at dwisteria but they were not cooperative at all. When I informed them that if this is the case then I will not buy anything anymore from your shop and will share strong feedback but they were like no need of you and you can return the stuff. I am very upset as they dont care and providing pathetic customer service. May be they are like their business will not be affected if they loose one customer.

You think of hypermarket as one stop solution for your needs, but as I visited it today it didnt had most of the things I wanted. Finally I ended up landing in Dmart Ambegaon and it was great to go there.

It is clean and hygienic but their products are limited and youll never get atleast 1 item for your shopping list. Variety is less.

Worst Security Guard yesterday I parked my Car infront of shop bought some stuff from hypermarket and went for lunch. Later i was on my Home back people told me there is no air my tyres. That security guard removed my Car tyres air from 2 tyres. So pathetic people these days.

Very Costly.... Staff is also very Rude... They behave with us as they dont need any customer...Giving one start because negative or zero rating is not accepting.Parking place is enough as very less people are visiting this place.Try to avoid this place .

I swiped card thrice here, money was deducted 3 times from my account, but the receipt was not generated,they said money will get refunded in my bank account within 2-3 days but its almost 15 days now I did not get any refund. I contacted my bank customer service even there procedure is time consuming. And when I talked with the manager he said many customers before me had faced the same problem,dont worry money will be refunded ,but my question is if the machine is faulty why not replace it?Why the customer has to pay the price?Amount was 289*3= 867 plus 289 cash I paid.I am never going to to go there again.Local shops are far more better that way.
