Big Bazaar(BB) is located at Kothrud Near City Pride. Opposite to Croma showroom and Palladium . Now a days because of Covid -19 situations ,it is open from morning 7 to 11 in afternoon. Only ground floor for the grocery items are available for shopping including vegetables , fruits and dairy items . Entry to all other floor and sections like cloth section on ground floor is also closed. You can purchase makeup items. Also BB provided online shopping option also. All arrangements from taking precautionary measures for Corona including opening of all pay counters is really good. All these arrangements reduces rush at the payment counters and hence no Queue . It help to wind up your shopping in short time. All items are available in number of varieties and packing. Bread quality is really fantastic. All items needed are available under one roof. Also BB is providing discounts on some items ,which saves customers money. Really good experience of shopping in pandemic situations also. Now and forever there is parking space available . Now a days no parking problem.

Have all the basic needs but one cant find the plastic utensils and the other stuff. But overall place is good and well ordered and maintained. Will visit more soon. Thanks.

They have all type of groceries and day to day stock but limited variety...they also have a apparel store on the 2nd floor and an attached electronic section of Reliance digital in the big bazaar itself!

Horrible experience, no discount on most of the products. Poorly organised. Staff not at all helpful. No wonder dmart share price is touching sky. And big bazaar is not even listed. Lot of room for improvement.

Also known for centrally located Big Bazaar mall in Kothrud suburban. Surrounded by many popular spots such as CityPride Kothrud Multiplex cinema hall, Golds Gym, Karishma society food lanes that hosts multiple popular food joints including McDonalds right across the street. Building infrastructure is good, has internal elevators, ground level parking for cars, and ample of space for two wheelers in front of the building. If you are in Kothrud then its cool place for evening hangout.

Lot of discounts currently as plenty of inventory of household items is being liquidated at 70-90% discounts. However, beware of missing items in the box. Only but after thorough checking for completeness of what is packed in the box. There are no returns or refunds.

Lots of varieties, some good offers, nice discounts. Need to revamp the stock. Always the typical. Also need to take normal family requirements in consideration. Not a micro IT family.Need to refurbish cloths section ASAP. All the stock is 2 yr old ie before lockdown.Also training to new staff is badly needed.Fast and prompt checkout.

Price and quality of products is fine. The only concern is the behaviour of CSD team here. There are a few folks who are not professional and very rude to the customers. Moreovee, there a few credut card marketing people who are really rude to customers, if they are not interested in their credit cards. They can always hurl verbal abuse to customers.

Things are presently improving with more availablity of products. They also have discount sales to remove the products off the shelves. Hopefully things will get better

Its good place for all families can come together and buy stuff all home kitchen items are available here separate parking available and its free. Not all washroom available to use only third floor washroom was available.different variety of fruit are available. Its fresh you can get it in cheaper than market. Snaks also available bread and in summer they are providing fresh sugarcane juice so go and enjoy it.

Great superstore for buying daily items as well as other stuff. There is a huge variety of grocery and other food items which arent generally available in normal shops. There are premium products as well as the cheap ones which really make this store special. The clothes collection also is too good and the best kind of deals in here.

Very very Bad Worst Customer Service. The customer service counter is of no use at all. Do not care about the customers . Not a single helpful person inside. Faced so much problem and still no solution was provided. I stay so far from the store, still needed to visit the store twice due to irresponsible service. Will never shop from Bigg Bazaar and will also advice others not to shop.

Very good place with spacious parking. It has lot of empty shelves now as they are restocking. But they have range of good casual clothing. Waiting to see this one come back with fully stocked state.

Its huge place your daily kitchen needs grocesaary and cloths and kitchen tools under one roof , but only problem is long billing line at POS , you will do the shopping but when its come to end you will find the long quea at the billing point and you have to wait for the billing for long time , another problem is the credit card selling guys from SBI will meet you every corner and start explaining you the advantages of credit card though you are interested in it or not , vegetables are fresh enough and along with normal vegetables you will also get the fancy western culture vegetables , cloths are better but selling only couple of brands and same type of clothes all the time , rest of the section also same whenever you visit the place, in electronic section apart from reputed brand these people are just trying the sell koreyo big bazars own brand which looks like the normal and chep one at first glance

Its a super shop by the future group. You can find each and everything here which includes groceries, household items, consumables, cosmetics, electronic gadgets, clothing, footwear and many more.This Big Bazaar is quite big, everything is well arranged so you can easily find the things that you want.The only issue is with the billing, you have to wait for your billings which may vary from 10-30 minutes.

Big Bazaar....Very nice supermarket. You can get variety of products from garments to electronics, grocery to utensils, Fruits and vegetables, what not. Prices are very reasonable. Frequent offers like discount or BOGO. The quality of product is also very good. Huge space which utilised properly, nice staff and good housekeeping. Cherry on the cake is there is ample parking space at basement.

Amazed by the variety and stock they keep. I thought Big Bazaar is finished as most of their branches have shut down. But when I visited this one, all changed. Huge stock and well arranged. Definitely coming here again.

This is the one stop for all your daily needs!! It comprises of three floors.On the first floor you may find groceries and all daily essentials like deodorants, toothpastes, shampoo, beauty products, etc. Clothing section is located on the second floor. Clothes of various brands are available. The variety is great tho! Electronics and furniture section is located on the third floor. Almost all the electronic products i.e. TVs, Washing machines, ACs, smartphones, etc. are available.The staff is very cooperative. Try not to visit during sales as there is a heck lot of crowd in that period. Parking is available at the basement and it is completely FREE!!! Be careful if you are parking on the road as you have to park in the allotted area only otherwise be ready to pay a huge fine. Had a great experience as always.

Poor experience. Delivery was scheduled 8-10am today. store phone line busy since 10am. Got call at 10.50am to tell that 2 items are unavailable -stock availability checking was done then. Called just now n they are saying well try to deliver. Why not purchase from grocery shop? shopshop

Average experience. Struggled many times for right price tags and incorrect billing. Tags hide exchange benefit. Too much cash back offers confusing. No electronics. Poor customer service. Instead of refund they force for future pay. Garments section is average. The claim lowest price but not eg. Engage deo was 145 same variety in Reliance was 110. They keep cheap brands and own Koryo brand. Overall under satisfaction.

Rate is ok ok as compair to other shopping mall

Yeah you saw that right its not a supermarket its a hypermarket and it is genuinely bigger than other big bazaar market you can find in pune. There is whole different floor for clothes and for consumables which fascinated me alone. Okay you cant find Adidas or Nike here but there are other cool brands also which are pretty decent and i never faced a problem where i didnt find something of my size. Overall its a pleasant place which is close to city pride mall of kothrud and have croma shop in front.

I will give it 3 stars because of the hygiene and cleanliness of the mall... Its so sad that it is a biggest bigbazar in pune, kothrud but still there is no authenticity is here. Trollies are in bad condition and wash rooms are in very worst condition and decoration of clothes and all other stuffs are horrible... Management is so bad here i think.

Somehow this bigbazar shop attracts lot of crowd. Most of the other big bazaar in Pune or around pune are either shutting or not good. Lot of crowd would come to this placeThe check out process is very slow, in variable some problem will happen during the billing and then ot would delay the process. Also it appears that their scanner is also not good quality because it takes time to scan the item. Usually there will not be support staff at the billing counter

One of the most terrible places to go for shopping. The AC doesnt work or rather they dont turn it on. Floors are messy and untidy. The trollies are the worst I have ever seen. Their wheels get stuck out of nowhere and they are too hard to push. There are not many helpers to help you with directions or to help you with something. Workers didnt seem that polite and professional. You do get discounts on manu products though. Thats a good thing in a way. I even witnessed a quarrel between customer and the cashier. It was so messed up. Probably wont visit this place again. Disappointed in so many aspects.

It was harassment from staff member in this big bazaar yesterday.. attaching bill with this review as proof.. I bought kurti from there on 16th of November 2018 and not used it because i wanted a maching plazzo which i havent got on that day so yesterday i went there with my roommate to buy matching plazzo for my kurti.. after billing security guard wanted to check my bag and i showed her, she found my kurti purchased on 16th nov. because i havent removed a price tag she said come with me i have to follow procedure so i went with her.. she took me to back side towards a man sitting there he checked that price tag is of big bazaar or not in his machine, as i purchased this kurti from big bazaar so obviously it is their price tag but he didnt checked that this is purchased or not and he started shouting at me saying you are stealing this kurti from here.. i showed him my bill still he shouting at me like i am a thief.. that was harassment.. after some time 3 guys came there and talking with me like i am stealing that kurti.. that was very disrespectful, after lots of screaming there one higher authority staff member came there and checked my bill and said she(I) had purchased it earlier which is right and let her go, even after that office guy humiliating me said still you have a chance tell me truth.. and starring at me until i was leaving big bazaar, that was very disrespectful situation there for me because i havent done anything wrong.. I naver had to face this kind of situation in any mall.. STAFF WAS VERY RUDE.. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM BIG BAZAAR KOTHRUD..

One of the worst Big Bazaar in Pune. Stuffs are very rude.They dont even try to understand your complain.if u ask any question and if they dont want the Answer then they simply avoid u as if u are not there infront of them. And one thing plz dont fall into the trap of there 12 month scheme if u r unable to visit store then that extra money will gone which they told u at the time of selling. This is my experience and I dont want to change any opinion of anyone.

It is a one stop shop for all your needs. A must visit place for all the people who are living in Kothrud suburbs. This is very happening place since you have gyms, book shops, movie theatres next door and on top of that you also have good restaurants.

No stock. All BB is almost empty. Quality of goods is also down. Even A/C is not working.

They gave us some code for 100 off but it didnt work on most of the products. always confirm before billing.
