Spacious flats... Vicinity to all day to day needs... Overall good society

They will promise you one thing and will not fulfill it. I would suggest you to be careful while purchasing any flat from this...They are asking us extra money even for two wheeler

Flats are too close to each other. The space between two doors of each flat on a floor is none. Due to this it seems limitations to privacy. The area of is also less.

Amazing society for families with lots of amenities like children play area, Adventure park, Gym, meditation zone, clubhouse etc ....location is also very peacefull ,greenery is all around, the size of the flats are also very spacious....the rain water management deserve the appreciation... They also provide pre-inspected home...must consider this project as a buying option as selling price is very affordable.

This is only Premium Project in Ambegoan under old PMC limit, quality construction with excellent service. Nice activities arrange for children, ladies and all. At new place make new friends and enjoy Windsor Lifestyle.

Good Society. But closely built buildings causes poor mobile networks and TV satellite dishes cannot be mounted on your balcony as they wont receive signals. You have to go with local cable providers.

I tell you it was so awesome and comfortable to live there the spot they choose for building is awesome and the construction is great.

They dnt treat well when went 4 enquiry. They literally fool u by selling 1.25bhk (not even 1.5 bhk) in the name of 2bhk. Can anyone imagine 2 bhk with 450 carpet..? When u open the door of flat, u r directly in kitchen and hw can this be preinspected home? 1bhk if u see they are just merely 1rk. They also violate MAHARERA laws. They sell parkings and dnt even provide open parking.This was the worst project I saw in pune. Genuine buyer must not visit and spend his time on this project
