Very small garden,parkings, flats..not worth it

The sample flat looks good. The choices made by the developer stand out in good light.Some omissions like chosing not to have a grill for the windows is a downer for ppl with small kids, given the height of the windows.The so called stream that runs adjacent, seems to be a drainage line thats broken. Not sure if you would have to put up with some smell on that account.The pricing seems a bit of an odd ball, not in synch with the immediate neighbourhood. Apparently, thats not a concern to the sales folk as they say, that inspite of and despite the same, the sales are happening. Not sure I buy that.
