Property is good but the services! Dont even ask. The CRM is really bad at their job. A celebrity, never picks up the calls, rude !! And in the end you have to pay the penalty 👏 Why to even bother keeping a Customer Relationship Manager. First and last VTP property that too Im still thinking if they deserve my money. VTP doesnt know whom they should appoint.

The location is good...but rooms are extremely small...also kitchen has no ventilation and window opens in duct. Otherwise good flooring and fittings given.

Project is still under construction with a delivery date in Jun 2021. If they are able to handover the possession by due date then its 5 stars.

Im giving it three starts cuz theyre working very slowly and I dont think theyll be able to complete the project within the time they have promised us. 3 stars is only for property.

Have booked a home here only for the beautiful forest view. Has to be one of the better projects designed by a renowned architect. Is definitely not loaded with amenities apart from the basic necessities which was a pre-requisite in my search for a home since I wasnt interested in paying for stuff Im never going to find time to use. Location is right opposite VIBGYOR School and Dorabjee Heritage Mall. This location has immense potential to be one of the poshest localities in Pune, what with projects such as Voyage to the Stars within stones throw distance and reputed malls and hyper-stores within walking distance.
