Pathetic...All cost cutting done. Duct area is such that the smell is all over your house. Imagine there is no fuse box and some metal wire used...risked the lives of many. Solar water and plumbing connection is such that one flat puts geyser and entire series flat get hot water. Fancy door bell but of no use. No proper maintenance inspite of u paying all amount. Lifts used has N number of issues. Please do not go for this building and @krishnadevelopers. FRAUD

After understanding Builders view I am changing my review. One line from the Builder I get job satisfaction, when homer feel happy in their homes. made me change my review.Appreciate this kind people.

Construction quality is good.Builder is very less bother about amenities after getting full payments. Lots of problem unattained by builder after possession. Monopoly in parking allotment. Charged extra amount at infrastructure changes for covered parking but allot very small place with open from 3 sides with polycarbonate sheet from top.Open parking is ok as compare of covered. Will suggest not to pay extra amount for covered car parking if you are going for Unique project.Else dont buy property from unique at least. No worth of money.

One star reduced because location is wrongly marked on Google maps. The actual location is 100mts away

I wanted to buy 2 bhk in lohegaon, so i visited unique group for the same. they handled me with very nice grace and explained their project, I think their project is kind of unique.

Quality and layout of projects is beyond compare. Excellent Project specifications that fit into our budget
