They claim that they have 5.8 acres of land parcel which is not true. It includes area of the road that leads to project which is over 0.5 acres. Also excluding Mhada plot actual land size for construction is lot less than actual which is around 4.5 acres.And in this plot the inventory is huge , they are building over 630 units of all 2,3 and 4 bhk sizes, and with the extra FSI they got with new rules things are getting messy as parkings will be limited for residents and forget about the proper guest parkings.Also amenities are less compared to the total number of units and will be hardly accessible to the residents.Builder reputation and delivery is ok but this is very overcrowded project for Pune and can not be called premium.

Hi,Bought an apartment in A BUILDING and during the discussions and the n the agreement document it is clearly mentioned they they will build upto 20th upper floors.However when i went to collect the AGREEMENT document, they asked me to sign a consent form, where they stated that they can build upto 23 upper floors. And they said, they an get permission upto 28th floor.When i denied the consent, their legal team said anyways they are covered with some other clauses in agreement, even if we dont provide consent:It has following drawbacks:1. Building quality will be substandard,2. Possation would be delayed due to obvious reasons3. Same resources would be shared with more people.4. More people more issues5. A lie from builder - what they said, they are not following it.
