Builder has delibretely delayed possession.This Will definitely effect sell of remaining flats.buyers has already paid full amount.Builder Deshpande doesnt even receive phone of buyers.there are still lot of flats unsold and because of builder neglection land owner might suffer due to his share of unsold flats.

Nice Location close to the main road, close from sus road 10 mins distance and located in nature

Lifts of the building are awful. its risky and dangerous as you can stuck there anytime. It happened to me recently
