I recently visited Rama Group on 18.12.2020 at their Parkland site @ Jadhavwadi. I really surprise they way their marketing guy behaved with us. He was not knowing how flats are still remains for sale if we asked the particular flat..he straight away refuse that their is no flats. Despite of this he dont know the costing. Rama Group is charging 8% GST on agreement value. This is really worst calculations i ever seen against Govt is directed to apply max 1-4%. This was really worst visit done with Rama Group.
Nice decor and Knowledgeable people
Dont book the flats with Rama group. Very bad experience. Do contact me for more details.Its not worth to give even one star rating.
