Nice and attractive society. Has good sized flats. Elevation is very good. Colour combination is also good. Security is okay. Cleanliness is up-to-date. Extra entertainment facilities are good and active. Club house is big. Greenary is ok ok. Biggest plus point is water supply arranged by builder that 24*7. A big big achievement

Fabulous construction. A well planned society with all the amenities. This society is more spacious if you compare with its peers in nearby locations. The price is bit on a higher side but thats fine for the quality and space which they are providing.

We have purchased 3 BHK apartment here. The construction quality seems very good. Flats are spacious compared to other societies, especially the living room space. The sales people also seems very cooperative and helpful.Society is big with nice amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, party hall, outdoor senior citizens gym, tennis and basketball court and small park. gym area is very big.Good experience till now.Just one thing is missing in the society i.e. it doesnt have any gas pipeline until now, though it is there in future planning.

Good quality and maintained infrastructure, some construction work in progress for new phase. Security services, guest welcome is up to the mark. Society location is good from all the aspects. Stadium, hospital, grocery shop and other necessary service at door step. City connectivity is very good as it is located beside Bombay Banglore highway. Water and electricity supply has no issue till date. Lift has generator backup. Swimming pool is yet to start. Society garden is nice and clean with beautiful view of LED lights.

3 weeks agoExcellent project with quality construction. I feel this is one of the best projects in Baner area. The Builder was very tranaparent and all his papers were in order . Best project to settle in for end use. Once the New Baner gets developed, this project will definitely appreciate.

Over hyped & extremely overpriced. Upon that the building is into litigation.

Seek clarity from Builder on below points before buying.Project is good. Flats are spacious and pricing is also fair.One major issue is that there is a litigation on the Project. Its also clearly recorded on RERA Website. The only reason I did not buy here. Still no clarity on the legal issue. Its there for a few years now.Also they are constructing a new building right in front of the current ones, so the view may not be the same. Also check the plan details carefully, as some of the details mentioned by the sales guys is not present in any of the document that they provide.

Space of the flat is good and good amenities. Construction quality and type of fitments used is top notch. Internal flat layouts are ok.Marketing people are knowledgeable about their project. The only issue is they are rude and take it or leave it attitude.Other negatives are loud highway noise, no market nearby, no flat is is built in the North South East West square. All the flats are diagonally built, i dont understand the logic that such a famous builder having this kind of project layout. Off-course the prices are high by at least 5 to 7lakhs, they mentioned Fixed rate in their cost sheet like grocery shop. Litigation is pending.

In the world of match box homes this one has good carpet area. Build quality and amenities are really good. Overall a nice society with location that is near to balewadi high street (helps future metro connectivity) and Hinjewadi as well.

Right now its in under construction and A wing is ready to move.But its too much expensive societyAnd its not deserve to their prices.Otherwise you have to take your own decisions.This is my personal opinion

I was there for inquiries staff was very uncooperative and rude they was wasting my time for their comfort which isnt good. Site was near highway so some noise pollution was there. Flats and lobby are good and specious. Floor plan was quite good.

After having done a lot of research for 6 months, I finally booked a 3BHK here because like others said, the carpet area is among the highest and for the area the price is not that high.Regarding the litigation, even Kolte Patil projects like 24K Opula have 2 pending litigations and they are still sold out. Usually, these litigations are not that serious and are settled in court by compensating the complainant but they never show up in court so it remains in a pending state.

Construction/plan is good.Understood RERA Litigation issue land belongs to mandir trust ....RERA clearance yet to receive so dropped idea to purchase flat as investment is not protected

Need to visit the place for better understanding of the carpet area and room sizes as well as the locality along with site infrastructure

I am not sure how good this. I havent been here at all. But it looks decent I guess.

I bought a flat here. Excellent scheme and unlike what other people see and claim that this is not spacious , i feel you don’t get this much sq.ft flat now-a-days much. People should roam around first in Pune and then come back and make comments. Current trend is flats 2bhk type are offered within 800 sq.ft areas.. where as this property has 925+ sq.ft(carpet) flat. And people talking about price being too high either don’t know how to calculate the price according to sq.ft or they have not roamed around in pune enough... this area has a standard rate of 6200/sq.ft rate whereas other areas like kothrud,kp has 7800/sq.ft . Also if you want to be in a good locality you have to take that in mind also.. offcourse you can go to ravet etc where you will get same size flat in less than 80 lakhs..but localities matter!!! PERIOD !

Been there last week to stay at friends home for a night, couldnt get good sleep because of continuous noise of heavy vehicles all night.. worst part is that noise echos.

Too early to comment. They are not yet complete.Will check out the sample flat soon and post the images and other details.It is well connected to the Highway, and basic stuff for everyday needs you can get.The construction has also been on a better pace as compared to its neighbors. Looks like a good project, but 99+ Lakhs being quoted is way too huge an amount.Lets say they can bargain a bit at more humane costs.

Huge society with good amenities, they start 2bhk with 96L. Need to negotiate.Prime location.

Apartments are good. But dicey in terms of information that is given out to customers. The 4bhk scheme in front of the current project was originally 4/5 floors high, then couple months later its 11floors high, so all the view of the front facing apartments are lost. That to me is misleading your customers who are investing their life savings in your project and your trust.

Very good residential area silent

Out of my budget, very good project. Now a days flats have become very compact, where as rahul arcus has big room sizes..I wish I can buy a flat in this project.

Booked a 2bhk flat here. Spacious apartment with proper blend of amenities and a beautiful club house.

I had visited this site on 20th Aug 2019.The entrance and the surrounding is very good which elevates your expectations but I am sorry to say that I was not impressed by the overall layout of the flat. A lady(dont want to mention her name) showed us the sample flats. She claimed that the rooms are spacious but in my opinion they are close to OK. They quote 1 Cr for a 2 bhk flat!!!! I think that one can get a better flat else where than this one considering the final amount. There is also a litigation filed against this property.

At first project looks big but has less free area and amenities move on to back side as 4bhk new building added in place of parking.Master plan doesnt look good.Though no mistake of builder, government gives builder higher fsi when builder gives some land to corporation.Lots of small small patches of land all over pune which no one knows what will happen!

Cons:1) Rera approval is only for C building. Not for other buildings yet.2) Amenities like swimming pool etc has not mentioned on paper anywhere its just verbal... I dont think we should trust on things which are not on paper3) 4bhk building will be there at centre which is also not yet clear..4) price is very high compared to other .5) they are predicting landscape garden on the place which has given to goverment for future development.Pros:1) flat is spacious and seems good.Note: Think carefully before taking decesion.
