They gave us the stage-wise payment structure and adjusted it in later stages after finalisation and further progress of stage which I like most about them. We had shopping of multiple Architects. But they suited best as per our requirements.

Their fees are quite higher compared to others, but you will be satisfied with their service and promptness.
