Very nice place... And well maintain all building their main issue is two Wheeler parking.. There is no own parking space for two Wheeler

We went to Kotak Mahindra Bank there. There is no visitors parking inside and theres no parking outside either for a couple of miles. The security guys were rude. We had to park our car quite far away and walk in the scorching sun. We dont mind walking but since we had work later we lost a lot of time. Such a horrible experience.

Its a good commercial building with Nyati Corporate office on the top floors. CBRE and other prominent players are located in this building.Centrally located and a landmark building in that location.

Some car and bike showrooms on the ground floor.No visitor parking allowed there, and being a junction there is no parking available nearby. I had to park almost a few kilometres away and walk it to the building.

Management sucks. No toilet papers in bathrooms. Toilet seats soiled. No soap to wash hands. Lousy lifts with long waits. No parking space. Perhaps it is okay for local shops and vendors. Definitely not for corporate.

Huge complex with very well maintenance. Many big banks are housed there such as Kotak Bank. It is a walking distance from Yerwada chowk/Gunjan Talkies. PMT buses are available.

I went there to Visit Kotak Mahindra Bank regarding personal loan.They dont have parking lot for Bank. People need to park in open area as said by security person.We parked bikes as said, but traffic police took bikes to Vishrantwadi Police station & charged₹400.Not sure why Kotak bank dont have parking lot.

Nyati Unitree is Next to TCS office in Yerwada. It has few Showrooms, Car Modifications centre, few eateries and few IT companies. Parking is available but its chargeable. Its near by to Gunjan Theatre. Some Restaurants and Bars are also available in the building.

What I didnt like is....there is no parking for outsiders...there is a pay and park of m/s Nyati for which you need to pay inr 100 for car and 30 for bike....I mean what is this...you are constructing such a beautiful building without giving parking facility to visitors...is this a joke?
