Heart breaking experience. Why dont they have some negative star rating option. Such a pathetic construction quality. I am a resident of Sun Exotica, B wing, facing lot many issue on daily basis for basics. Newly constructed building having smart rain harvesting system inside the flats. Rain water flowing through the walls in entire flat. What a fantastic build quality. Cracks are all arround on each walls. Careless and non responsive people, dont bother the furniture and electronic items in flat are getting damaged due to to water leakage.

Never Trust this Builder as they are Unable to resolve a simple Leakage Issue since the Last 3 years , Full of False Promises

While looking for an apartment i saw and advertisement in the paper about the projects done my Mittal group when i gave a visit the sales team was very welcoming and very professional, they thoroughly understood my needs and expectations and showed me their projects suitable to my needs, the quality of work they do is very amazing and quote a very reasonable price. Upon booking the flat for just 1 lakh i wanted to apply for loan and mittal group helped me in doing so also the registration process and payment schedule is very smooth and tension free. I am very happy with the experience i had with mittal group and I recommend others to do visit them.

Bought a house in sunsapphire, Hadapsar. As an architect, I have some feedback to share :1. Poor quality of construction2. Site is managed by non professional people3. After handover of building, we are facing water issues and seepage issues.4. Electrical/plumbing systems fails every time.People of sunsapphire has been facing water issues for more than 8-9 months. Builders are not taking responsibility.If you ask me about living experience in society, it is an nightmare. Regret the decision of buying apartment.
