I purchased flat at chakan (aapla ghar).Quality is very poor. Not given full facilities as per registration.In my building 2 lift was to be given as per agreement but only one lift provided with poor service. Infact builder has not paid water bill from their side due to that we are not getting. MIDC water connection and we suffering from water issues..Builder has not paid common light bill to MIDC and thatswhy mseb is not ready to transfer connection on society name.

Waste of money by puchasing flat in Apla ghar Chakan -1. Daily Facing n number of issues - recent issue March21 - MSEB has cut power as bill is unpaid....all people of this 9 Storry building are carrying water from ground floor.. Please imagine the condition of flat owners. 145 people are suffering.2.Earlier to this incident water connection also qualified to discontinue due to huge pending bill.Both of these connections are still on his name and not handed over to society.3. During handing over keys he collected 2 years of maintenance and didnt took care of for 2 years. He did not handed over expense and balances to society.4.We tried Maharerra but did not go well. Requesting all please be ware of these buildersHe has got exposed saveral times in the past also when he promised flats in 5L and used PM Narendra Modijis Photo on his ad.Please please!!dont fail to invest or buy propertise from these brothers. Risk to loose our own hard earn money like us.

No star rating is applicable for Maple,. I have booked flat at Chakan- Talegaon site, It has been 4yrs, of registration and they are not at all worried about customer pain who is paying interest to bank for so many years. They dont want to meet face to face. i am worried about my investment and the dream of buying own house is just getting vanished. Really furstated, no one is supporting.

I have been extremely pleased with my experience of Maple Group. While purchasing a residential unit, I investigated title reports, land documents and builder presentations about their various projects across the Pune to make the right choice. I visited maple event and thinking to book a flat with my family members. Really it is good for middle class public. and also the nearby places is also equipped with the best sights.

These a bunch of unprofessional owners, who will talk very sweet till the time you book the flat, post that they will treat you like hell. You can see several cases lying in there office that people have not got refund post cancellation of flat for even 6 months. This is very fraud company and should avoid dealing with this builder. Also they do not give possession on time also delay in society formation. Still In case if you choose to book the flat, request you to please see the location physically and compare the cost of other projects along with area of the flat. You will find they are very costly comparing. Most of their structures have shown cracks just post giving possession.I would suggest please also have a look at the police complaints lying at Shivajinagar Police Station, then decide to book or not book.

Maple housing of Sai Krupa is the best I can get with my budget. At this amazingly low price they are providing all the amenities of non_budget residential complexes. Not only that, location of this upcoming project is very good; not far from the city, yet one can get the flavor of relaxed atmosphere of the countryside. These apartments are just right for me.

Negative and bad. They are not upto the mark as they mentioned while purchasing flat. Very poor quality of construction. Also they are unble to provide basic facilities like water, light for permanent. They are using very low quality material for lift and construction. Don’t purchase the flat or home from this builder.Very low quality, waste of money .Fraud company and fraud builder.

Very bad experience from this maple group i was booked flat before 1 year for moshi annex without any site visit orinformation about flat i know flat in moshi so no problem, i register with amount rs.2100/- and after one month only booking amount rs.30000/- paid to maple group. But after I go to the side i dont like this area and environment. So I request please return my full amount of i was pair to maple group, but they are no any reply and also maple group office also not in same place . I was stifling from last 10 month for my payment refund but they are not understand my problem and say from office staff we have no payment to give you. So i want to tell them if your capacity is low so why are you enter in this businesb. go to other without investment business. Shameless group, my suggestion to every booking person please take care of your investment maple group not satisfactory service and hu is feilurness on my payment refund. All to know this maple gruop properly and take correct dicison. Cant book home in maple group.

Never buy any of the maples property.they have done cheapest quality workrecently pop of lobby area of one of there built up property collapsed. and there are all cracks on interior walls and ceilings.I have never seen such an inferior work. also they are just following up for money, payment slabs and maintenance amount. but when we approach them for any kind of internal maintenance issue they are not available.I request you my citizens. this guys are cheating us pls dont purchase house from them.

I found Aapla Ghar Ranjangaon, Flats are well furnished, spacious with great facilities. No need to worry about safety because they protected by security guards round the clock. There use solar energy to light up common areas. Thats Great. worth of money.

These people are thieves. Please DO NOT approach them for any house.I have booked the flat at Hinjewadi site in Pune by paying registration amount. They have promised me to refund all the amount in case of cancellation. However, Maple Shelters kept postponing the refund and after 2 months they are telling me that as per the policy, after two months they wont give the refund, so they deducted all the amount.

2016Very Bad experience so far..more than one year late from possession commitment date and not get yetdate given-March 2015 and booked on date-Feb. 2014At Apala Ghar Chakan02/04/2021Never purchase a flat from Maple Group. They are the biggest fraudsters.I booked a flat in 2014 in Aapla Ghar Chakan Phase 2 Nanekarwadi, got possession in 2017 with incomplete amenities, no lift, no STP, no generator backup for common facilities etc as promised during booking. They agreed to deliver it within few months of possession and never delivered it. I paid them 2 years of society maintenance but they provided pathetic services only for a year and ran away. They did not build their main gate too as shown in plans and animated videos. Few flat owners came forward and registered our society in Nov 2019. Somehow managed to run security and housekeeping services. Maple group did not transfer water connection and common electricity meter in societys name and kept 12lakh rupees water bill pending and 25 lakhs electricity bill pending due to this MJP disconnected water connection few months ago and MSEDCL disconnected electricity connection from our society since last 5 days. We are ready to pay dues since our society is registered but MSEDCL and MJP cant provide us new connection until old dues are settled by Maple. Now our society (218 flats) is in dark with no water. Our entire investment has gone for a toss.Now we are looking for legal ways to get justice.

Pathetic services will never ever recommend this maple group to anyone in future..got cought in trouble because of this Builder seems like I have wasted my money .....entir staff is hopeless and worst services ever..
