I experienced the vastness of Life Republic Township while I was visiting a few of my relatives you reside there. It was Diwali and the whole premises was so well decorated that it felt like I was visiting some place out of India. I was really impressed by their whole approach of community living. I am planning to make Life Republic my home too!

Visited the Life Republic township as a guest during Diwali and was really mesmerized by the celebration and decor in the premises, must say truly amazing. Great work Kolte Patil.

Pathetic after sales service. Every team involved after you pay the money has no intention of helping you with anything. May it be CRM, or Project or anyone else. Everyone is pretty determined to make your life miserable. Not expected from such a big brand and a listed builder.

Made a mistake by deleting my old review, the experience with Kolte Patil continues to be poor. Since purchasing a flat with them, I have had to struggle for every single thing I need from their side as they insist you to call them for everything and their team conveniently stops answering calls or saying whatever they feel like without any consistency. When I had a leakage in my apartment, it took 6 months to resolve with at least 50 phone calls from my side to 5 different people and finally it was resolved only because I posted a review on Google Maps and their team wanted me to take this off. Next was the struggle to get a sale deed done, 9 months after sending all the documents I realized my request had gone down a black hole and their people for some reason never answered when I called. Now I need a NOC to change my home loan and they are making me run pillar to post to try and get one ambiguous line written in a more clear manner that the banks legal team has objected to. Their call center people have been helpful but whenever they also need to get in touch with someone internally to resolve your issue, its like the old government offices where one of the officers decides to hold things up for no apparent reason. Real estate is a big investment, stay away from KP if you are looking for peace of mind

I booked a flat in Green Olive in year 2010 December with promise of getting possession in December 2012. I am forced to write this when I havent received the possession in February 2014. They are promising the possession every month for more than last six months. But it is still elusive promises only. Without any deliverable.

During Maratha band twice and even today, political goons entered township to close the shops inside and created a chaos for residence sitting near market place.Please dont book flat at a place where peace would be a great concern for you !..

Kolte patil is highly unprofessional developer and absolutely not friendly to the customer. They build property but never address to the customer complaints. Customers are fooled frequently. Quality and finishing of apartment is a big concern.

Kolte Patil a well know organization in real estate development seems to not care about customers and their issues. Life Republic project is delayed beyond normal and they even do not have the courtesy to respond to calls nor mails nor meet customers who once were treated so well before booking the apartments. Can name individuals but that may not server our purpose because it seems this is driven by the owners, management.I would only appeal again to the management to resolve our issues before matters go to the consumer court.

I booked a flat in Kolte Patil Life Republic Pune on 26/05/2019 for my family and then decided to cancel the booking due to some personal reason on 27/05/2019. Since then I have been chasing for my refund and its been almost 2 months now and no sign of refund. Every week I call up the sale representative and either he doesnt answer the calls or he would just say its processed from his end and accounts team will prepare the cheque. Before a month he gave me this same update and even on 20/07/2019 he told me the same and now he says that they dont have a timeline for refund. What do you mean by that? Do i wait for my whole life for the refund just because you guys dont have a fixed timeline for refund ??!! I would wait for another few days and then would have to move to consumer court if the refund is still not received. I thought of buying a flat in Kolte Patil pune for myself in September or October but now after seeing this kind of attitude and service from you guys, I have changed my mind. I would never buy a flat in Kolte Patil if this is the kind of attitude after you sell ur product. Extremely disappointed.

A typical builder buildng inferior quality buliding with 3rd grade staff. They cheat on FSI and always keep land in society for future development. Staff is not helpful and they will not help you after the flat is sold. Always creates association of apartment so that they can cheat on FSI and land ownership. And what not , stay away from this builder.

3 reasons why you SHOULD NOT buy a house from KOLTE PATIL:1. You will be shown a different layout and the final layout will be completely different (Green Groves Project was supposed to have 128 flats & bungalows, plan was changed and now it will have more than 300 flats with same amenities and infrastructure BUT the extra load)2. You will not get any document on time and will be blackmailed to deposit money which you dont even owe the builder to get work done (Many apartment deeds have not been executed by KPDL even after 8 years of completion because the builder is demanding VAT for the period when they were not even registered for VAT)3. Customer service will only be present till the time you give in the first installment for the house you buy. Thereafter, your never ending chase will start to get anything from the builder. That chase is further made painful by rude, arrogant and often disrespectful people working for the builder.

Almost all flat owners from different KP projects are facing very bad after sale experience.4. KPs teams (Sales, CRM) are highly rude, immature, unproffesional and full of liers.5. If you are still thinking to book a flat with them then take everything in writing from their sales team before registration. They deny all the verbal commitments after registration.6. There is no transparency in anything. They just say its KP and we do not share this information and that information which all small to big developers are sharing with their flat owners.7. If you try to get their senior management attention then they prefer not to come forward.8. They force you to take possession with minor and major issues which they are never going to fix in the end.9. Their architecture and flat designs are very bad and give you an impression that there is no thought process in them.10. Their all employees behave like KP has done some favor to us by selling flat.

Paid maintenance amount( almost 1.5 lac) in advance for two years. Builder stopped maintenance after three months of possession.Despite visting visting office almost 15 times and almost sent 50 emails. No response from builder side and refused to pay my maintenance amount.Rude replies from few staff members. Once you pay amount Kolte Patil will treat you like trash and will not honour any request.One of staff member requested to me to go to court. Lawayer aksed me to not file case as it will darg till next generation and I will end up with more suffering.when I tried to file complaint in police station, police havladar ckearly told me not take panga ( file compliant aggain builder) if i care about my family.Please dont trust this builder. Do not pay any amount before you get something.Construction quality is very poor, cracks in walls ,crooked surface, wrong directional slopes in bathrooms. No place for AC outlets. some matrialsare used ones and not new ones.lekage probelms in each and every apartment.sliding doors will not slides after few months.Immedaite corrosions to balcony grills.Please get inspection done proerly by one of good civil engineers ( known/friend is bette as they will give you true picture).Also not forget to ask about blueprint of plan as builder do lot illegal contsruction which is non approved by PMC. Hi, one of my friends has booked an apartment for herself in Kolte-Patils project life republic. I was going through their brochure and found it to be a good project. Not as per what I would personally go for because of its prices, but it does offer many good amenities. I feel it is apt for those who are working either in Hinjewadi or Banner or Aundh as it will be very convenient for them to reach their various workplaces. What I liked about the project is that it is like a small world in itself and has almost all the comforts that one would want. And another amazing thing that I liked was their temple of environment, an awareness that is so important these days. The roads in the township are also a great experience to drive around. Over all it is good project, but slightly over priced.
