USP (unique selling point) of this project is big size carpet area ,adjustment to main road ,100+ shops for future market ,walking distance have CBSC school up to 12th standerd and other daily need also on walking distance .All flats have maximum sun light , cross ventilation add value in it .quality of construction is also good , builder office peoples are also co-operative .

Worst builder in Pune. Before plan to purchase, check his previous project Kingston Serene, they are not fulfilling there commitment after 8 years of possession. Alloting same parking to 3 people. Never pick your calls. Litigation is going on for builders against his incomplete commitment. Didnt handover to society after 8 years of possession. Charging maintenance 36000 per years and still not expending single penny in project maintenance and security expenses. People have to collect money for building maintenance. Rude behaviour.

This project is a good but due to personal issue i canceled this project . Now I am trying to follow to get refund amount from builder I did not get any response from them .

They have premium flats. But only thing is that they are under- construction. Amenities are under waiting.Responses & booking process is good.

Project is on Hadapsar-Handewadi main road. Great connectivity. Project is nearby to Magarpatta, Handewadi and Solapur highway.

Stay away from this project... They are not returning my money.. Its been 5 yrs these buildings are still being constructed and no possession has been given... stay away.. they will take your money and they will stop responding to you.
