Worst builders of Pune. The quality of work is horrible. All the tiles in my flat have literally popped up and that isnt just my flat, 12 out of 18 flats in my society are facing the same problem.Took maintenance fund from us while giving possession and the fund was never deposited into the bank account of the society and the money wasnt returned to us either.When my mom called them about the issue first of all they never respond and then when we contacted one local influential social worker to interfere they started threatening us on phone.Please think 1000 times before buying homes from these cheaters.

Worst quality of work..Delayed possession in most of the projects.possessions not given in aura city shikrapur even after 5 years of booking.

Worst builder we have ever seen. Booked a flat in Aura City 06years back but still there is no possession. No penalty charges are given by builder. Worst construction. Not a single staff is helpful. Lethargic process.
