Would not recommend this fraud company to anyone.Im not sure what people saw that they have 4.8 rating as of today, but they have the worst customer care.Never ever go with Home Town, there are much better furniture and Home decore shops, like Woodenstreet, Peppery fry, Urban ladder, Home lane, etc, but strongly against going with this company.

Its a furniture outlet of Future group. Personally I am not a big fan of Future group specially Big Bazaar. This hometown outlet is located in Phoenix Mall in Viman Nagar. All items you can get here. Prices are on higher side. Most of the items are Chinese products like Fountain statue, paintings, watches etc. They are selling those items under Thier own home brand. But, I suspect it. Overall you will get all your required stuffs under one roof.

At the time of kitchen furniture order, the promised duration of work completion was 45 days. But it is more than 3 months now but work has not completed yet. The raw materials were delivered to me a month back but the installation still not completed. The quality of installation done so far is very poor. This is not worth the money. Dont choose this.EDIT: Even after 2 more months now, the furniture installation is only partly completed. Everything is open in the state now but I am just getting reasons of COVID-19. Also the quality of installation done so far is so poor that the one of the door just came out with all screws just after use of 2 months.

It was indeed a pleasure shopping from Hometown in Pune. We purchased a bed on Aug 13th. at 2.00 pm and requested for a delivery on the same day, since we didnt have a bed in our unfurnished apartment. On sharing our predicament with Mr. Akhilesh Yadav and Mr. Deepak, they obliged and by 6.00pm the bed had been delivered and the following day it was ready for use. A big thank you team Home Town Pune, we are really grateful 🙏

The worst performance. They do not have skilled and professional workers. I gave them contact for my kitchen. They promised to complete by end of March 2021. But till end of June 2021 it was incomplete. Not only there is delay in execution, they gave all nonsense excuses to avoid their responsibility. They mentioned that 100% accuracy cannot be ensured. They also mentioned that it is civil kitchen and not modular. I paid Rs.3 lakhs for the kitchen. But the quality is worst. Their execution team is hopeless. They work like government departments.For delay, when we asked for compensation, they offered Rs.2000/-. Shameless people.Please do not go for kichen work with this company. You will waste your money and time.

Damaged part replaced by Haider Ali and the work was really good.

Please never ever give them contract to build modular kitchen. They are very unprofessional .They will take advance money and never complete work on time. They have unskilled workers who do not know how to install the fittings. So please save your money.

All furniture looks good in the store. But the fitting done at field is very bad quality.

Not a very elaborate store and with limited choices on furniture, curtains, utensils etc. The quality of furniture is also not well finished.

One of the best collection of home decor, furniture, furnishings, kitchen and bathroom essentials. Prices are pretty high so most of the times they offer discounts on some selected items. Most of the furniture is of very low quality material. Ambiance, presentation and overall looks are pretty good. Staff is nice. Visit there for home decor items. Avoid furniture if u want my opinion.

Ambience is nice and store staffs are very supportive, post sale support is poor, I bought king size bed but delivered item was not as per specifications, they promised to send new product but until now no update, I had to chase time and again to customer care and manager at store to get an update. Everyone promised to provide update but no one responded back. When I asked them to take back the product and initiate refund then I started receiving message.

Excellent choice help given by saklain sheikh in helping us decide for the candle stand for home. He actually used his phone placed it on different stands and showed us the effect of light on the lamp design enhancing it. Great salesmanship
