My experience was ,I found that its too cramped with many construction going inside and outside of the complex .gym is great .

Have stayed here for good eight months... Nice society.. Nice ambience... Swimming pool and gym are available.. For kids many activities and sports classes are there... Basketball court is available.. Garden is available... Staff is very helpful... They help you to to settle down.. Invertor facility is available so not worry if power goes off.. Double parking system is there and they provide security on main entrance as we as near lift

Good construction quantity

Society seems to be quite good and peaceful. All the amenities in the society are world-class whereas the security at main gate is not as functional as it should be. Building entrance security is good. Cameras are installed at all the placed including lifts.

Location is awesome and amenities are vital.

If you are looking to buy a house, DONT BUY WITH GGG. They will promise a lot of after-sales services and lead your follow-ups to only later say that they are not going to help you with those irrespective of the issues.Management VERY BAD!Sachin Dhulap, Dinesh Pandey & many others will only comment verbally on issues with no proper services.

Neither the Builder nor its employees are professional. I am one of the residences at Ganga Glitz. We are not happy with the builder due to the following reasons.- Sub-standard construction- Leakage and seepage problem in the toilet and its nearby area in most of the flats.- Leakage and seepage problem in building peripheral during the rainy season.- Builder is not willing to complete pending tasks.- Water quality is a severe issue.- No guaranty of PMC water supply.- Builder and its sales representatives are literally making the buyers fool.- Security is a major concern but the builder is not willing to listen to residence concerns.- It has been more than 6 months now, Ive been staying here. We have taken follow-up with the builder many times for the pending issues but the builder ignores all.

Never own or rent a flat in this society as very hard water full of stone n u will never ever be able to use solar water.

PLEASE READ THIS 1ST PERSON ACCOUNT CAREFULLY BEFORE DECIDING ON BUYING A FLAT HERE.I am really surprised looking at the 4.1 star rating. People who have been wowed by the society as a whole seem to either have not stayed in the society or stayed for a very brief period.The only plus point is the construction quality. That too can not be termed the best.The amenities which the builder uses as the USP, are chargeable. Also, many of the amenities are not accessible by the residents. For example, the builder has locked the multipurpose tennis court since last 10 days. The F Wing which is still under Builders jurisdiction is maintained pathetically. Residents are shelling out a hefty Rs 4720 per month towards maintenance and theres hardly any work done by the builder. The builder even doesnt provide the expense details pertaining to maintenance. Upon asking the expense details, builders personnels misbehave with the residents and even threaten them with dire consequences.Theres literally no one who you can approach with your issues. There are severe water issues, cleanliness issues amongst others. The less we talk about security and safety, the better is. Guards are often found to be sleeping or absent. Anyone can enter the premises and even enter in to someones flat. Theres literally no check.Builder had promised a lot of things like mechanical multilevel parking system, duct platform, duct coverings, open car shed, CCTV cameras, water softener, etc. Nothing has been provided so far. Builder is jolly well collecting hefty amount from the residents every month; but no work is being done.DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE POSITIVE REVIEWS POSTED HERE. THESE ARE ALL HOGWASH. MAKE PROPER JUDGMENT BEFORE INVESTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Average place to stay. House and construction quality is good but amenities are less according to number of peoples residing.

My friend is the resident of this society. Below are his input n mine based on visit experience:Pros:Flat size is good.Cons:- Sales person is rude.- Water facility is not good.- construction quality is avg.- there are selling it on USP- Cube(Gym)- But is paid n expensive, also not well maintained.

Dear all , be aware and careful about the builder as have huge issues like delayed possession , parking not received even after 2 years , huge false commitments and above all sold the service shaft area / duct which is a non saleable area as per per sqft charge..while I am escalating to other sources its imp youll be aware and dont get duped as I got..

Excellent design and amenities available. Car parking is good and gym well equipped. Connectivity is a bit of issue from Ola/Uber and during peak time cabs not available.

Its a great society. The infrastructure is great. Lot of parking space, big swimming pool with open barbecue space, big club house, lawn tennis and basketball ball court. There is 30 years warranty on seepage and leakage from builder.

Construction quality is average, water issues- tanker dependency , Gym and club House has commercial objective. Only One undergound storage water tank among four towers. I was staying on rent and my experience was not good. From outside it looks premium but from inside its very bad. Pipeline, inside fittings are not good when you spend 70lacs... My friends are regreting.

After occupying 1 and half year in the apartment, I would say it one of the best apartment in Undri Area. Having all the facilities like swimming, gymnastics and indoor sports activities is wonderful.

Previously many people s have been cheated by these sales persons. Just google this project. Check thisSite manager dupes flat buyers of Undri project for Rs 21 lakh- Builder has made clever thinking by not giving main amanities to society and charging heavy amount for it. Also other people from other society can also use it. Cheap business trick.- There are multiple litigations going on in this project- Outside glitz inside cheats
