Dont ever........ never buy property from this builder, if you dont want to mentally harass yourself, no proper communication, no correct payment entry, asking for payment again and again, no clarity of completion of project and even after completion, no clarity when they deliver flat, bhai ready possession flat lelo, inse panga na lo....... Booked flat in 2017...........I will give 0 star. not poor very baddddd service skyi....

This is very nice place , clean air , away from pune , 24 hours water supply and no traffic issues as far now , town is developing right now but in future it may grow , they are launching lots of new tower and some are in development phase 3 tower are developed and people staying there right now , as far as hospital, school and collage concern everything is available at near by , bus stop is also available but you have to take 10 mins walk from the main paud road to reach out to this place , its nice experience to take wall or drive from lakeside view , if you have car or bike that will be better as I said this is developing area and hard to get auto or cab , you will find ola or uber to reach out to this place but to come back into main city again not sure you will get cab . Yet developing but as far as future concern best and planed city .

I lived here, very nice climate, but need improvement. its an big development , will be going on till next 5 yrs

Absolutely unprofessional behavior of staff. No commitments at all from builder. My flat was booked in 2015 and supposed to be available for possession in May 2018. Till date i.e. July 2020 there is no news from builder. We are tired of reaching out to them; every time person change from team and no proper communication is done. Almost all the time goes out to find out right person who can help us with status.I have invested huge amount of money in the project and there is no delivery yet.We go for renowned builders to have guarantee of getting things delivered on time with good quality. But builders like SKYi shows such unprofessionalism then their is no point in investing your money in their project. In the meantime, I have booked flat at Bangalore in 2018 and i have received the possession in 2019. But here with SKYi developers; i am struggling from 2018. We were punctual in all the payments we have receipts also but still there is no outcome yet.I am not very sure if owner/ builder is even bothered about common peoples money that he has already taken and not given any delivery yet. We are in process of going ahead with legal action now. I will suggest not to go ahead with Enerrgia SKYi Developers if you value your money.

Making fool to people.Dont fall into the trap.What you see in the demo flat and what receives in actual is totally different.Uses cheap material.Lack of commitment.Very unprofessional staff need soft skill training.Once they receive money they will not bother to take your calls.Note.If you see some good reviews then they are from brokers and sales team.

My building was suppose to be completed on Dec2019 but still on Dec 2020 even single floor is not completed. Never seen any one working on site whenever I had visited to the site. Worst service I have ever seen. Found builder always failed the commitments & frustrated a lot.

This builder misses so many deadlines, you need to wait for at least 4/5 yrs for possession.

Their construction quality is very good. House designs are unique. Houses are very spacious. Only drawback is they dont want to negotiate with the prices.

They said OC had applied in last week of Jan and till they are waiting for it from PMRDA, they are not able to give proper answer why it is getting delayed, which usually get in 15-30 days.

They collected huge amount as GST and were constantly fooling us that the extra money will be credited at the time of possession... now after 3 years they arent ready to provide input credit

Pathetic service.... delay possession.... Staff purposely not responding to emails....Lack in commitments...Legal team is very bad...Dont even know what developer is proposing....Be careful. Builder lacks commitment.

Our money was snatched before the floors were completed. They also have collected 3.65 lakhs rupees from us as a GST and were constantly fooling us that the money will be reimbursed during possession... now after 2 years they arent ready to provide input credit.
