This building is not worth giving single star. Just dont look at entrance lobby and buy the flat. There is no swimming pool outlet. Even though swimming pool are not in operation due to Covid take look at the wonderful maintenance. As the rain water and construction waste (the builder is constricting since 2013 till date) fills the swimming pool and no way out for logged water. Stagnant water gives rise to misquotes and many diseases and builder is least bothered.

Very nice apartment Lavish residential flats...

Very poor sales team. They are not taking necessary safety procedures. We were stuck in their elevator and they could not open it for 25mins. All emergency exits were blocked. and after all this, it was like they didnt even care. pathetic. they will fail a fire safety audit. Also, the building already has leakages.

Nice residential society. Fair prices of flats here.

I am a current resident at Emirus. The apartment may look like a premium property, but Emirus lacks even basic amenities, such a consistent water supply. Truly disappointed with how resources are being managed at Emirus.

Such a beautiful residential society , when you enter its hard to believe that this is a society looks like shopping mall. Construction wise superb. Everything is purely creative.

Emirus night view is awesome. Its amazing.
