Quality of Construction is very nice but the Master bedroom size is not appropriate one. When you keep Master Bed in the room the room will end and no much further space for movement. Also Builder use old fitting styles in both the toilets.

Very good housing scheme on Sinhgad Road. The build quality is at par. There is also a temple near which is also very good.

Nice real estate services

The society is quiet. The apartments are spacious and the view from the balcony is quite good too. But there is a marriage hall in the vicinity and a temple, so it gets a little noisy sometimes. Also no shades are provided for parking so it gets a little difficult especially in monsoon. And the approach road to the society is horrible.
