Society is all good but not good for tenants as a Group of ladies Dictate the society. Forcefully removed our made. Kept the gym key with themselves, not to mention the tt table nets. Tt tables were ruined during the construction a salon.This salon belongs to one of the families trying to take control of everything in the society.

Reason for this rating is that I have lived at this location for atleast 7 days & then I am judging this place.Awsome place in respect to surrounding &all stores are available nearby .Govt bus stop is near by.All major IT park are easily located in terms of distance.Only glitch is roads.They are bit untidy & broken .But I hope this will get better in coming days.

Still some open areas all around. Must plant and nurture trees.

Please think 100 times before you buy flat here.This society doesnt have very basic needs.1. this building has 50 flats + 20 shops, but doesnt have Light transformer. light keeps on fluctuating during morning and night time even there are only 25 families living as of now. Worst thing.2. ***** VERY IMPORTANT ****NOT ENOUGH PARKING, TOTAL 50 FLATS, ONLY 35-40 PARKINGS. NO VISITOR PARKING.3. There is no water softner. Water is very hard, not good to drink..4. Compound walls are too small, any theif can come easily at any time.5. very small gym, only 1 2 person can get in at one time.6. No intercom facility.7. Only 5 6 working cameras for such big building.8. Very poor support from builder for issues raised by flat owners..Think and get this points clear before buying flat, personally i suggest dont buy if builder doesnt give all these things.

Its a good looking society (more like a stand-alone building) located in the interiors of keshav nagar, though! The location is not that bad as theres a running road right outside and in front of the building. A 3 bhk flat here, is very huge and massive...Youll love it for 3 huge rooms and big balcony in the massive hall. Though the society does not have any society-like amenities such as club house, swimming pool, gym, etc. but if someone is looking for a spacious 3 bhk flat with a decent location, its a good place then.

My reviews based on the reviews I saw. Poor management and no coordination from builder is the major reason and most valid reason of not opting this place for residential and commercial purpose.

This is residential housing society. How builder allowed to do business for lodgings.If license issued officer should inspect this.
