Water pipe line has air trapped inside. Which makes noise 24 hours of the day. Person cannot sleep for whole night.

I think this society suffers so much from too much freedom, too many rights that allow people to be irresponsible.

While cannot comment on their construction quality, their sales guy Mr Nadeem came across as very arrogant and impolite person during my visit to 24 K Opula last week. Mr Nadeem- Please understand you might have got good response and might have sold all your apartments, however that doesnt gives you right to misbehave with customer. You never know, might have lost future customer.

Pathetic..and the facilities which are given have lot of issues .In 3 months of my stay I had issues with Geyser,internet router which are not yet repaired .I have been complaining for 3 months but nobody attends.I will have to buy them again in 3 months. I have not yet switched on the AC .God knows how many times i will have to call their facility person .Drinking water supply is frequently cut off without intimation and Tap water is brutally hard for your skin. Electricity cut off are rampant like some village.Even the electric switch trips frequently due to voltage fluctutions.Insure your TV s and Laptop.Inshort its like a vintage car which you enjoy for 10 minutes and runs 100 m and consumes 10 km fuel.
