I started my process with study metro in the month of June, in the initial times it seems good (payment of 1 lakh 20 thousand was paid) that too I was forced for a full payment(I had to arrange for the same as I desperately wanted to study).post the payment I had to continuously follow up on the admission, I was ignored couple of times ( even mails were dropped ).They had processed my admission for only 3 university and then the deadline was nearing where I was not getting any admit, so Mr Raj said he would refund by deducting 10k and the rest amount would be given back.However they then managed to get me admission into Palermo university and if you see all study metro students get admit here as it’s a quite simply process for them( They do claim we have contacts). I was unhappy but had no other choice to go with Palermo university. Study Metro just helped me for my admission process and the scholarship and the rest I had to run around (documentation, Visa processing) I was charged hefty for not getting any service. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT STUDY METRO HAS CHARGED ALL THE STUDENTS A DIFFERENT FEE AMOUNT SOME PAID 1 LAKH, SOME 20,000 and SOME 1,20,000 when asked them they have no answer for it. MR Raj ( always busy with US Students)and MR Praveen both are Never available on call and thus This matter could not be discussed. I REQUEST ABHISHEK BAJAJ SIR TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AS I FEEL YOU ARE UNWARE OF THINGS GOING ON BEHIND UR BACK.Study Metro are not updated with information my coordinator had to run to Praveen for any information ( as usual even he would not be able to get through)For Italy process i was provided the checklist of Australia. They failed to provided me any service.Even after all this is managed to get the VISA and this was with my research and hard work study metro did not play any role in it.( The main Part of all is the VISA and to say study metro has failed badly).REQUEST ALL THE STUDENTS NOT TO ENROLL WITH STUDY METRO FOR EUROPE PROCESS. THEY ARE CHEATERS. I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY I DO NOT WANT ANY OTHER STUDENT TO SUFFER LIKE ME HENCE I THOUGHT OF SHARING MY EXPERIENCE.Note: There is no negative rating in the System or else would have given the same.

Planning education overseas in this situation was very tough with lot of questions in mind about the travel, VISA and most importantly getting admits from top universities.
