FACT has been instrumental in my endeavors to get accepted in US Universities. My gre score was 302 and was planning to apply for spring 19. I am from goa and someone told me to go to pune and meet consultants there. The first consultant I visited were more of business oriented. You needed to take an appointment for the smallest of things. My main criteria was being able to do things from goa without needing to travel to pune. On top of that they were charging heavily.So I decided to check another consultant and this time I went to the fact office. There I met rajib sir who I talked with for about 30 minutes. He advised me to take gre again and also offered access to their study material. In the mean time they had started my documentation process.There was also a cashback offer going on that If I get marks within a certain range I get x amount backI answered gre the second time and got 311 which opened up a lot of universities.I had applied to 6 universities and got admits from 5 of them. One thing to mention first is the staff. The staff members are very helpful and kind. Rajib sir and Jatin sir are very helpful and supportive. It helped me a lot to complete my tasks in given deadlines. Thanks to Rajib sir, my SOP and LORs proved to be a great reinforcement to my profile. College selection is a very tricky procedure, but it was made easier under the guidance of Rajib sir and Jatin sir. Madhura is an excellent Verbal tutor who is very knowledgeable and conveys her knowledge of complex material in a manner easily understandable. The Verbal classes really helped me to improve my diction and grammar.Overall, I would definitely suggest this place for GRE and application preparation.

I scored great in my SAT/TOEFL and got admits from all the universities I applied to due to the help and support I got from FACT. These following points are what made me enjoy being their student, and also what differs them from other institutes like them.-At FACT we had teaching sessions with only 7-8 people at a time, so I was able to pay attention and ask any doubts without hesitation.-Their help extended beyond the counselling and tutoring - I called them dozens of times to ask even the most simple doubts regarding anything and all of them were answered without fail.-We had multiple meetups which the parents could attend to clear out any questions/concerns.-ALL steps, right from preparing for the exams, right up to what we should carry to the US - all these steps were presented through meetings/emails/personal sessions and all the confusion regarding paperwork/legal stuff was completely thrown out of our minds.-They also threw us students a great pre-departure party :)All these points are my honest, unbiased opinion. FACT has guided me and now Im going to study animation in the university I wanted. My parents were initially tense about this huge, one year process of paperwork, studying and filling out forms but FACT gave all of us the confidence we needed, and now the results are clear :)

I attended one of facts seminars and was highly impressed by everything on display, however, my experience has been anything but.The coaching for GRE and TOEFL was decent, but when it came to the actual counselling and applications, the entire process was a pathetic shambles. Firstly, all the universities provided to me initially were wrong. Either they did not accept foreign applicants or their deadlines had already gone. The one good university that I found on my own did not even require GRE still i was coerced into submitting my scores to that university due to her unawareness. They did not even know about the course which i was looking for and i had to search for it on my own as well. Further, during the application process, the list of universities was never provided on time by the counselor at Pune branch and the information which i did receive was half-baked. In all honesty, i feel that the time and money that i have invested in fact has been a sheer waste and my entire experience was a big disappointment. i transferred to fact Mumbai and though it was slightly better than Pune it was still no where near what i was expecting or hoping for. To top that, since i had been provided with wrong universities i had to spend extra money to send my GRE and TOEFL scores to the right universities.If youre counselor says she has 18 years of experience in this field, I expect good service from her, but I believe even a novice wouldve done a better job than her - as it was proved when I found the appropriate colleges on my own, with some input from the Mumbai fact counsellor.Please look into it and take the appropriate steps. Honestly, I would prefer a full refund, but after my experience, I know I cannot expect such a gesture from your company, as it has time and again failed to do the right thing. I joined FACT during my Physiotherapy Internship. Apparently, I lost one year of graduate studies due to the various changes in the pattern of the Physiotherapy Masters degree in the US. It was at this time that FACT gave me the motivation and brought to my notice a number of other MS options like Exercise Science, Kinesiology etc which were in alliance with my subject. I had a Skype chat with Shah Sir and in spite of his hectic schedule, he gave me his valuable time and discussed regarding these MS options. I would love to share my experience with FACT. It is long, but true to every word.FACT has been extremely helpful and patient throughout my applications. I wanted to pursue a PhD degree in the field of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology abroad. Having no clue about the application procedure and materials required for it, I approached FACT for their help. I attended their seminar that introduced me to how, when and what steps to take for this process and was very impressed by the clear picture presented in front.My first attempt for the GRE was bad, but that was solely because I was negligent towards GRE practice. I approached the staff and they encouraged me to give a second attempt and also provided me with loads of practice material to study. I practiced and studied hard for my second try and managed to do well in the Quant and Analytical Writing sections, which were more important to my field of study. I guess the Verbal section was never my friend, even with lots of practice, vocab and focus I gave to the Verbal section, it was unfriendly and resulted in a low overall GRE score. Disappointed with my score, inspite of the hard work I put in, I approached the staff again. They were happy with my Quant and AWA score and encouraged me to proceed with the applications because of my strong academic profile and good research experience (of course, I mentioned to them about my enmity with the Verbal section :P).And so, with my lost hopes, but all the encouragement and blessings from FACT, I started with my applications. The procedure went smoothly and effortlessly, and they helped me to every bit of detail. They attended to my silliest queries always with a smile. The Universities were carefully and absolutely well considered to my requirements. I can say this happily because it was just a couple of weeks after my two completed applications and I had already received interview calls from those Universities. Just a couple of months after I started my applications, I have one admit from a university with full scholarship, and have appeared to a couple of more Skype interviews, which Im sure went very well and will hear positively about them.All this would have been impossible with the kind and focused attention that was given to me. More importantly, even with a moderate GRE score but excellent academic score, I was given great confidence and encouragement for moving forward. The positive feedback from the universities says it all. I highly recommend FACT and consider it as the best foreign education consultancy. :)
