Best place to live in Pune if you are any how connected to Air Force.Very neat-clean and full of greenery,with gymnasium, swimming pool and see-saw for children,almost covered parking for every flat,with operational lifts,fresh air and trees around the society. There is also a Bhagwan Ganesh Jis temple in the society.Gated community with 24×7 security guard and c c t v monitoring.

Society is nice. I am living here from 2013. The only problem here is that in rainy season , entrance of the society is completely blocked due to water logging.

Could someone please tell me why there is a clause of religion by the builder?I had visited their project Splendid County which we really liked and we were planning on booking the flat.However, we got to know that they have a clause of not letting Muslims own a flat in their residencies. We were extremely disappointed and surprised by the fact that even in 21st century few of these builders still take religion into consideration.

Architectural wise the buildings designed by Yashada are pure work of art, I highly appreciate the building complex. But, the people are very rude, faced a lot of issues while renting an apartment in splendid square. Apartments are rented and sold on religious and financial discrimination.
