Mr. Arbaaz Khan From “Gagan Developers” is the worst and most irresponsible salesperson Ive ever seen.We are surprised that brands like Gagan Developer’s attitude with dealing with customers is so pathetic.Just for the sake of Rs. 7,000 deal was cancelled. Hardly any renowned builders would treat his clients like this.As we left his cabin Mr. Arbaaz slammed the door shut . His behaviour with us was very insulting.

They cheated me by selling a 3BHK unit in Gagan Ela unit without revealing that it is on the unsanctioned floor. Later when I questioned about it, their sales person Suhail Shaikh, kept on giving false commitments. At last I wrote an email to the owner, but he did not even bother to respond. He simply forwarded it to his sales head who was totally non-cooperative. They abruptly cancelled my booking to coverup the case. They used my money for one year without interest. When I asked for refund of my money with the bank interest of till date, they simply refused to pay any interest. Have filed a case recently on RERA and CREDAI. I urge all those who have been cheated by this builder to file a case against this notorious builder and his employees.

Nice office location, no provisio for visitors parking.

Everyone please never purchase any property from this builder else your life will be hell... trust me they dont have proper support.One of the worst builder keep changing the possession dates and our project got delayed by 2 years, its not a joke and no compensation...Go for other builders guys... mark my words...Again they extended the Possession date.. Shame on this builder...

I booked flat in Gagan aviva but I am very disappointing with gagan developer starff they are working like sarkari babus , The work are very poor in CRM department specially Archana Thakur , when I visited to Gagan developer office regarding my agreement. I want to meet Mr Sahoo who is head over there but he was avoided to meet me & Archana has given reason that he is in meeting & it will take one and half hours time. i was waiting for an hour time but still sahoo is not meet me, he dont have 5 min time to meet me , then i left the office. such type of treatment they given to customer. i am thinking i will withdraw my booking from them.

I have booked Flat in Gagan Aviva, Kesnand, overall good project in the terms of facility and quality, however big problem is regarding safety provision as there is no Safety Grill and mosquito net provided outside the window.At the time of booking it was discussed that all things will be provided because sample flat was not ready but now it has been ignored. they dont remain to their promises. During sales they promise and later they said i am just the sales guy i cant do anything, this is from management.

Complete unprofessional management no values to the customer and the Rera dates these people just keep cheating all people showing good sample flats and delivering worst in hand, however possession date got extension for 2 years giving covid reasons where actually their unprofessional touch is the reason not to deliver project on time, degraded quality of material used and pressure to customer to accept as it is, when we speak about quality their engineer doesnt accept it as a broken or degraded quality, without intimation they have changed floor plan of flats, ceiling heights and many more.... Guys be aware of such builders in india making others fool in the name of stylish and lavish society...

Project is good , location is also good. when we book flat in feb 2018 possession date was dec 2019. then it continue change still waiting for the exact possession date . very poor management commitment & not responding to the client questions. very poor CRM department every 2 month CRM representative change and answer for any questions are let me discuss with management.very unhappy with builder and team. 😡

Its very disappointing staff never reply.if the client needs anything they have to remind and then to they are lest bother.very bad customer service.The possession of my flat was in Jun 20 I do understand due to covid the possession got delayed but now when am trying to contact the head office no one is picking up the calls .I tried calling to the concern person he has switched off his mobile and no contact very unprofessional attitude.I will not recommended anyone to buy property from gagan developers
