I had a chauffeur drive on official tour and during this tour, Chauffeur had accessed my luggage in my absence and stolen mobile charger as that was the only valuable item in my luggage. I was very sure about this because whole trip my luggage was inside the car only. i did informed to AVIS office but no any actions and very casual answers received.i faced this first time with AVIS but should believe that AVIS has such chauffeurs as well. so DO NOT TRUST AVIS.

Don’t go with Avis Car. Avis terms and condition mentioned they will give full tank Fuel and we must fill whatever we used. But when I am receiving the car driver told some points of Fuel I agree with that, after completing my ride I filled extra fuel informed driver also but he did fraud not informed to Avis so I didn’t get the extra fuel amount, I did many follow up with customer car no use. So, if you’re really using Avis car be Careful about this thing. Avis service is worst there is no Zero rating!

This company is JUNK. They will fool you after your booking is complete. Booked car will be replaced by piece of trash. Dont spoil your trip by going with them.

We opted for compact SUV and received a family car. When I called customer care they were rude. Secondly, we opted for chauffeur to drive this big car which we got in 2-3 hrs.He was driving rashly and was trying to be over friendly. When we told him Bhaiya aram se chalao , he said Bhaiya se bhi age boliye, kya Bhaiya Bhaiya bool Rahe hai.He played the songs on high volume and started dancing while driving making all of us uncomfortable.Later he poked his nose in all our personal conversation making our drive a awful experience.
