Its a residential complex. One of my relatives purchased a flat here. Spacious parking, all necessary amenities are there. Location is good too. They have one more upcoming project.

Building, location is perfect but When asked for possession they don’t have a date whereas on banners/flex its mentioned ready for possession. Staff will call you everyday until you do payment and booking and once done no followup call from them. It then becomes our duty to keep on calling and follow up. Booking house is the greatest feeling but then the stage until possession which we don’t know when will happen is worst. Not a good experience overall. At least not expected this from a well known builder like Sankla.
