As a Property owner in Aashiyana, Strongly say I too had bad experience with Atria Constructions as service wrt Parking.As they did not provide enough parking for society compared to no of flats they have, there is no enough common parking for society which makes inconvenient for guest visitors to park vehicle in society.I do not recommend to invest with such service provider. I am looking forward to log a complaint to RERA office for my issues which has not been addressed/resolved by Builder.

Hello friends,i want to share my experience with this builder. I was invested in Dhanasree Ashiyana in the year 2016. The experience with this builder is so pathetic.I am struggling since last 15 months to sort of some of my issues like Service tax, parking allotment & some promises made by him during booking the flat.I attempted nearly 15~20 times in these 15 months to meet him directly. Every time I used to spend 1to 3 hrs to meet him. Finally, he refused to meet by saying the reason “he was busy”.My chosen covered parking was given to someone without any intimation to me. Service tax also charged extra and not ready to pay back the extra amount paid.He will not even respond to Phone calls ,E-mails, and your messages. So friends my request would be better to think twice before investing.

Worst
