Sanrocycles Provided bicycles on Rent at his Vascon Forest count. It has nice ambience and good place to ride the bicycle. It also has enough place to park. Nice people.

Society is well maintained and clean. But the society staff, I meant the secretary and his staff is too rude. They doesnt have manners how to speak with lady. The members in society office are too lazy. If u wanna live in this society then u have to follow so many stupid rules which are decided by the brainless secretary and his staff.

Forest County society is made with a well though infrastructure which provides all the necessary amenities.Its a beautiful place to stay with advance security perks. The only drawback is that this society fails to catch cellular networks.More parking place to visitors.

Premium living. Visit this place regularly because my friend stays there. Amenities are excellent. Well maintained and courteous management staff.The garden area is amazing. We visited it at night once. Gym etc are great.

I lived here for almost 3 years...society is indeed maintained and had a perfect location but people are horrible.Loads of attitude,unfriendly and immensely rude..Please donot ever think to live if you are a social person and looking for a friendly ambience.Landlords are greedy and people are hot headed.They fight on tinniest and petty things(though in english).

Butiful ambience. No wonder few of my friends in east Pune have decided to make it their home.They r also running Sahajayoga meditation weekly sessions completely free of charge and I find almost 30 residents of FC have taken to Sahajayoga, the meditation founded by Shri Mataji Dr Nirmala Shrivastava

I am a tenant here.Pros: One of the few well maintained societies. Everything works. *Proximity* to everything. Lively neighborhood.Cons: Tenants are charged slightly more for amenities, which is illegal. Bachelors not allowed which again is illegal.

Been there while apartment hunting in January 2018, ended up buying in some other Vascon project. Construction quality is excellent as is expected from Vascon. Many units are oriented such that very little or no sunlight would come entire day, so check this if it matters to you. Density is quite high with so many high rises in small area, though common area & amenities were well maintained. Also this area is lacking green cover, kind of barren feel with just big buildings and complexes around.

Its a very nice society to live in. The common areas are very good and proactively maintained as well. The security rules in the society are not very clear. Guards hardly call up the intercom. Flats are good and spacious. There is plenty of greenery in the society. Lot of construction going in and around the society so lots of dust settles in the houses every day

Nice well maintained complex with a good gentry. For the 1st time I found the residents patronizing all parts of the complex. People seemed more accommodating n friendly. So unlike what I saw in a large neighbouring complex where residents seem rude with a stiff upper lip, no smiling, no greeting.
