Good Society to live. Well connected. But beware of some owners here. They are only running behind money. They treat tenants as if tenants are beggars. I faced too much mental harassment throughout my rented tenure and at the time of leaving also. I had to beg for my deposit too for 1 month almost. So choose your owner wisely.

Sun Universe is a Very big Apartment Complex built by Mittal Builders. Its close to highway and also has a good connectivity to Pune city via Sinhagad Road. Also, One can easily go towards Mumbai as well as Bangalore using highway.

Nice society . Kids play area is there. Lots of Greenary around. Ample space for morning walk also.

A great society for residing with great amenities like gym club house swimming pool, garden, play ground, skating area, basketball court. A peaceful place

Security is very Strict. Society is very clean and clear. No unwanted noise around the society. Staff also so cooperative.

Awesome society, clean and well maintained. Good in terms of accessibility. But thought the 1BHK flats could have been a little more spacious.

I like this place very much. The construction is just fabulous. Everything is well maintained with cleanness. There is also small shopping complex to buy daily needs. Security is also proper. Everything is well organized. Silent and cozy place.

The entrance to this condo is small and prone to traffic jams.During weekends, the interviews of software professionals are held at nearby business park, increasing the prospects of traffic jam.The society is good, large in size and well landscaped.The play areas for kids are quite decent.Construction quality is decent.No covered parking area is a headache.Bachelors are not allowed as tenants, which is a negative.
