Great Society. Very peaceful. Large open areas so feels very spacious. Good flats too. Has a supermarket inside so thats good too.

After 2 years of stay would like to write a review on simplicity society.Pros::-(*) Budget friendly society(*) No wastage of money on show off things.(*) Water runs 24*7(*) Recently came under PMC limit 2020-2021(*) Security guards assigned for each building and society main entrance.(*) Good environment for children, senior citizens(*) Society people are friendly just need to be open minded to mingle with each and every one occassion are celebrated like a family.(*) Power back up for lift and main area.(*) You will find kirana store, vegitable shop,dry clean dhobi shop,barber shop, physiotherapy clinic every need base product you want u can get within society no need to step out.(*) Connectivity is good , recently roads are now one-way near sasane nagar crossing.(*) You name it you will get every thing in proximity of 1-2km------------------------------Cons:-(*) Few buildings are old its an old society in handewadi with new building coming in same society in every 2 years.-------------------------------(*)I dont find any problems in the society ...the society will suit only who wants space at low cost not for ayyashi people who wants swimming pool bla bla and paying huge maintenance..After all this society is for end use customer

Mediocre society, extremely unfriendly to tenants, terrible vicinity & access to pretty much no services including food delivery from any respectable restaurant. High traffic problems to Magarpatta or Kharadi. Scarcity of educated people & low income class sprawled all across Handewadi. If you make a decent amount of money, this place is a strict NO GO. Majority of house owners consist of conservative, ill educated people(68% Baby Boomers, 30% Gen X) that settled here from underprivileged backrounds from the rest of Maharashtra.

Simply the best place in pune

Low rent with good facilities and quite calm surrounding with greenery in view of health and pocket wealth

Its one of the oldest society at handewadi road also handewadi grampanchayat area started from this society it means that this society is out of pune municipalities control. In this society we have groceries, vegetables and dryclean shops available so no need to go out from the society for daily home groceries shopping.

Just two days after shifting here understood that there is water shortage here. There is no water after 8 PM in evening. The society looks good inside out but what good is a living experience without adequate water. Been staying in handewadi for more than 2 year now but never faced this problem anywhere else.

Can say my 2nd home .

It’s a good township.Feels serene, peaceful and there is no hussle-bustle.They have common gym, some sports stuff and a beautiful garden with ambient night lights.Flats are spacious, plenty of greenery from galleries(if facing outward) and serene air flow.My aunt lives there and it’s really a nice place to be.The place is also not very away situated from city so it’s great, also inside city which is again great lol

A great place to live in Pune with modern amenities, round the clock security and most import fresh clean air with a pleasant view of green fields, forest and hill at the same time from your balcony.Cons: Water is a big problem here and nearby.Round the year people have to depend on water tankers.Ground water is not sufficient to cater this big society.

Very good society and supporting people... Nice play area and good garden with all the required amenities.

Hell lot of problems related to maintenance. No garbage picking at time. Hot water from solar machine not coming when needed in the morning. But always available at night.Lift lights never replaced, always takes 10-15 days after repeated reminders. No security guard available near d building.

So can benifit of municipal co rporation here

Nice society to stay! Facilities like Park,gym, club house etc are available.

The most essential thing here is ample amount of water supply. Although we do not have water supply from corporation, Simplicity has its own water purification plant.

This is a fantastic place it is surrounded by the greenery and mountain has a basketball court,clubhouse,gym,seating arrangement in garden,slides,swings etc.

Its a housing society.. With all basic amenities.. Outside area is little isolated..

It is a residential complex of 19 Bldg. located on Hadapsar Handewadi Rd.where PMC Limit ends in Handewadi Grampanchayat area. It has nice garden & a club house @ centre with bldg all around. Many a times there is water shortage as it is supplied by the tankers, otherwise it has less polluted environment & fresh air. Handewadi Rd is one of the poorly maintained one.

Lot of water problem, builder keep adding new buildings, but water resources are limited. Nothing looks good if there is no enough water for daily usage. No sufficient water, No amenities well maintain. All false and fake promises made by builder & sales staffs

Positive: Nice open society. Negative: too far away with poor connectivity.

A large residential complex. There are several residential buildings. There are several 6 & 9 storied buildings. Allotted car parkings available. Mineral water plant. Shopping complex, Children playing area, playing equipments, park and club house, About 5.5 kms away from Hadapsar.
