Apart from not having the lift facility...Samarth complex is very convenient location for students and Families.ATM, hospital, hotels,breakfast centres,PMPL bus stop are within a 2 minutes.Also its a suitable location for the IT professionals having offices located at Hinjewadi and Hadapdar.Navle bridge is pickup point for almost all IT companies.Good connectivity for almost all main areas of Pune.

Good as- Low Rent- Good for bachelors & students.- Bike Parking: Available- flats: 1Bhk & 1RkBad as-Water problem.-No Lift facility.-No Car parking.-2BHK : Not available.
