Old is gold,good floor plans of the apartments. But not much amenities

Very well maintained society with a vibrant neighborhood and active management committee. Conveniently located, most of the daily chores are just at walking distance. Children friendly society with big playground and well maintained gardens within the society. Tons of other amenities, make it an excellent place to stay with your family.

My daughter used to live here and it has decent facilities. It had an efficient administration and is well maintained.

Its truly a wonderful society. Well managed . Ive been a tenant here for the last 6years and dread the day Im compelled to move out. Full credit to the team that manages the society.

Clean and green society with 24*7 water supply. Piped Natural Gas and Broadband Service available. As name suggest, society has the good security guards, CCTV surveillance for entire society, main gate entries tracked through MyGate, well lit pathway and passages, generator backup. Well maintained amenities like community Hall, swimming pool, gym, central garden, kids play park and many more.

The building is nice plan wise.. I think all Kumar constructions are. But it isn’t well maintained. Sort of run down. The garden is huge looks beautiful . But same issue with that.. it’s not maintained well

Well maintained society....by seeing its review took a rented apartment but to our surprise the park zone for kids is very stinky due to bio glass plant....I am very why they have done that kids cannot play...there are very less options for kids nearby too....we get everything nearby but bit expensive....

Perfect soc, all amenities, city requirements, Tree House High school within walking distance. Great ambience.

Very peaceful, well managed cooperative housing soceity having very cordial inter resident relationship.That was 3 years ago. With the current management committee it deserve 5 stars as the society has gone gaga with fountains, swimming pool and gymasium operational. This has value added to the already prevailing excellent quality of life in the society.

Kumar Suraksha Society is a 2010 registered housing Society. It is a residential complex of 5 buildings with a total of 140 flats. 3 of the buildings are of 3 bedroom flats, while 2 are of 2/ 2 1/2 bedrooms. The layout of the flats has been done very nicely utilizing all the space available. Society has a community hall and 24 hours supply of bore well water. The Society also has a fully functional swimming pool and a Gymnasium.A sizeable number of the owners/residents are retired officers of the Defence Services. While others are professionals like Drs, Engineers, Software specialists and businessmen

I have been a resident of Kumar Suraksha Housing Society, Kondhwa Khurd, since the year 2012 and found it an extremely good place to live in. Over the years, the Kumar Suraksha Society have become a clean, green and a happening place with large flats with spacious rooms filled with natural light and cross-ventilation. The premises of the society is well-paved, well-lighted and well-maintained. Several amenities like, structured gardens, lifts, generator back-up, PMC water supply and vigilant security system make it an excellent choice for both renters and buyers. Well-equipped Gym, swimming pool, play area is an added advantage too.
