A good place surrounded by nature, full of light, air, spacious flats, society is well maintained by residents , nice neighbors, though bulider is worst society is livable by residents

Full marks for the societyThe path leading to the society is a good concrete road however the main highway from handewadi side is still under construction. Theres some issue of drinking water in spite of having its own water treatment facility however people get it from nearby convenience stores who deliver to your apartment. There are no big stores or shops nearby but you will get everything on a call from local stores.

Worst builder in Pune. Before plan to purchase, check his previous project Kingston Serene, they are not fulfilling there commitment after 8 years of possession. Alloting same parking to 3 people. Never pick your calls. Litigation is going on for builders against his incomplete commitment. Didnt handover to society after 8 years of possession. Charging maintenance 36000 per years and still not expending single penny in project maintenance and security expenses. People have to collect money for building maintenance. Rude behaviour.

Beautiful surrounding views but builder has not completed what he promised as construction material used no so good but some how acceptable due to low budgeted prices.

Its an awesome and peaceful society with lots of wide space and all aminities like swimming pool, gym, club house, parking area, 24/7 security, CCTV,power backup, RO drinking water plant in rooftop.View from the balcony is remarkable.There is a hill facing South and fresh air can be enjoyed from any part of the society.I am enjoying here at Kingston Serene.

Good building, but only one problem its far from pune station

Construction quality: WorstAmenities: Very limited, delivered by builder after 5 years. Damp walls and uneven alignment of walls.Builder: Most probably the worst builder in Pune. Arrogant and a big cheater. Same Parking sold to multiple people. Builder has not done the society handover yet... It has been more than 5 years post the possession. Currently the society is being maintained by people residing at the Kingston Serene by own pocket contributions.Only good thing is the natural view of hills.

Do not buy from any projects of Vedant builders. Kingston Serene has seriously poor service, water is cut off without informing and drinking water is not delivered as there is no drinking water tank in this building. There is leakage in every flat in this building and the design is seriously low quality and poor. Amenities as promised are not being provided, offices members and management never listen to any complaints and grievances and also the usage water is smelly and clearly yellowish in colour. If you dont believe me come to my flat in A1-702 in Kingston Serene.

We have a flat here...the place around the scheme is yet to develop but flats are good...the location is good...we get a lovely view of mountains...sometimes sunrise and sunset can also be enjoyed..

Located in the outskirts of Kondhwa. Flats are nice. If you need a peaceful place to stay, add to your shortlist. Other aminities are at some distance from it.

Poor construction....aminities not developed,dog problem. SRA scheme of government is always better than Kingston serene.Wastage of money... Only atmosphere is nice.

Great residential society with good drinking water facility wherein d builder only gives 1 20litres bottle per day, usage water is continuous never faced any issues. Lights go frequently, electricity issues are there. Otherwise good for staying with family. Bachelors arent allowed.
