Its more like an apartment with small play area, garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool doesnt have fence so it is kind of risky to leave kids in the play area without attention.The society has two blocks. The flats are nice spacious with 2 to 3 balconies. The dry balconies are also quite spacious.On the whole its a good society on the main road with all the essential stores, schools and ATMs nearby.

Premium society. Sufficient space to drive within. However, direction boards are Missing

Nice society next to that of mine. I dont like noise they make while celebrating any festival.

Great society to live in. Good construction quality, very organised planning committee , spacious balconies and clean environment.For families, this is a very good society to live in as the it’s very proximal to WTC and EON IT. Have great neighbourhood and all the groceries places are in walking distance.5 mins walk from WTC and EON IT makes it a costly but still affordable place in Kharadi

Gracia society located in Kharadi area. Superb amenities and lot of space to play for children and parking area. Society have own club house. In society all festival celebrate. To visit awesome place in Kharadi Area.

Very spaciously designed society from all the sides so ventilation is good.Everything is nearby like grocery,food court,Eon IT Park and other basic things which is necessary.Society has amenities like garden,swimming pool,24 hrs security,lift backup,no water and electricity problem etc....Very clean and well maintained.But security is little strict.

Gracia is situated at a very prime location in kharadi. Its very near to world trade centre and EON IT park. Lot of market complexes are very near to it.A nice society to stay. People here are very social. We stay like a close-knit family.It has all the amenities like club house, gym, pool, garden area, 24hrs common area power backup, good security, multiple options for high-speed internet data, provision for visitor parking etc. All the flats are 2bhk, but they are decent sized.

Well maintained but not provided even a single seat to Sri.Jadhav. Citizens disabled or ladies and infants.wirh drinking water facilities
