Wonderful apartments nicely maintained fully secured b4 guards on each gates, also has swimming pool gym , club house, mini park & all those are nicely maintained I jst lived there for 4 days but so far I love it.... +@

Proud member of this society, every thing is well maintained.Construction is superior and design of the same is awesome makes this society perfect for living.Having all amenities. Even the Material used by builder is of superior quality.

Road to the location is very poor. Citron is well constructed, well designed for air ventilation and nature light. Playing area, community hall, gym n parking area available in the building.

Best place to leave ....begin with celebrations....

Though the project is nice, and has all the amenities.Such as club house, Gym(still under construction), Garden, Play Area etc.I would like to point out below scope of improvements which I feel need to be worked up on.1) Children bedroom as a big window with no grill or protection, totally unsafe for Kids.2) Lobby on each floor(area near the lift) its not child safe and has too much of gap.3) Project took 5 year to complete and still not fully completed.3) People do not respect there own Director and will not obey his instructions.For instance the director of the Manisha construction, told his team to take PDC for last 2 lacs of payment and give possession of the apartment. Hence we gave the PDC and asked him(can not name) to give us the possession. This individual takes PDC and brings Possession letter in site. due to some reason we can not go to collect the same.4) Now when we ask to give possession letter after a week his Manager tells not to give it which was already promised and was on the site office, he says clear all the dues. Well no you see all the dues are clear technically now just because we spoke directly to his director and now we are communicating with his Junior he feels he has lost his autority and tries to show us(customers) his authority. I had my tenant wait 2 hours outside the building and this guy does not even shows his face.We went to the office of Manisha constructions but he is not there instead he send his junior to talk to ask. And calls us and says pay 5500 cash for the electricity we do not have meters yet. We already had a agreement with the director that they will provide us electricity free of cost till the time they provide us the meters. Or else why would I shift if there is no electricity/ power? Now when he asked for the money(that too in case)for electricity we asked him to give us the number of this director so that we can talk. He calls back with in 5 mins and says oh ok ok you dont need to pay.(None of the residents are paying not just us) If we get receipt we will definitely pay.They will just harass you for no good reason, please be careful if you are planning to buy here and this project is definitely not child friendly.

Phase I flats are very specious. 2BHK gives you carpet of nearly 850sqft with build up 1225sqft. The project is directly in touch with wagholi-keshnand road. 1.7km away from Pune-Ahemadnagar Highway. Behind Citron we have Mount Litra Zee School (Essel Group). Reliance Smart is 500meter from this society. Good society to stay as management is good and take care of important facilities. No issues of electricity, water, network, broadband, d2h etc.

Definitely a proud member of this society. Phase I is very spacious and well designed. No doubt this society is obe of the best living space available in and around Wagholi.

A good place to stay (a dream) for tenants however dreams can turn to nightmares. Electricity and network are biggest concerns. If youre purchasing - BEWARE! Not every thing that looks good is worth investing in. Do meet residents before you invest. Know the pain areas.

Being an owner of a 2bhk unit in phase 2 of citron i want to share a few drawbacks of this project:1 They are taking much more time to deliver than promised. They had promised to give possesion in between mid of 2021 and end, but now they are saying that they will take till mid of 2022. So an year delay is already there2 It is also overpriced compared to other projects in the same area if you look at the price per square feet.So please give it a thought before buying a unit. I was told by a few people that they delay in giving possesion but I didnt factor it at that time, and now I have to bear with them through this delay.

Good place to live. Situated in Wagholi. Now, Wagholi is added in Pune Corporation. 2kms from Nagar Road. Nearby places are Reliance Mart at walking distance, hotels, Weekly Baazar etc. Good atmosphere directly linked with Kesnand Road. 7km away from EON IT Park kharadi. DP Road is sanctioned and it will be 10min distance from Eon It park.

Its far inside from the main road but in terms society it just amazing. The bldg have lots of space for vehicle parking and normally also. Even, amenities are great. For kids there is garden space allocated which is rare nowadays. Mainly the rooms are much bigger in size. Plus point for the balcony.

We visited this place for flat purchase... Its road touch and good locality. The location is good and also the atmosphere here is pleasant. Rate of this site are little high as they are providing good amenities such as pool, playing ground etc

Best place to buy home, well connected

It is a beautiful project but we had a pathetic experience. With a property in Mumbai by not so renowned builder we realized that the material used was compromised, so for our 2nd home we decided to go with a highly reputed builder Vascon. Initially when the flat was shown to us we were told that we will have a covered parking. At the time of booking we physically searched for our flats parking however it was not there and at that time we were told that it will be an open parking. However later the sales staff promised us that they will push the management to give us a covered parking. They said Vascon delivers their promises. So booking was done, cheque was given. A happy photo was clicked with Vascon Sales team giving us a welcome gift and booking papers. Few days later we realized that the booking amount was not deducted from the bank account. We called Vascon and they said that it will take time as the property that we took was an investment property and the owner was not willing to give us in x lakhs. Please note the price quoted to us was x + 50k and we negotiated and got it down to x (only 50,000 less). They said they will get something done for us. After a few conversations and meetings with the sales team we were sure about not getting the property. We went to their sales office again and the manager over there told us it is not possible to get the apartment at the price we booked and he also had an audacity to offer us the same apartment in additional 2 lakhs. It was shocking, and that is the time we realized that we will have to move on. We returned the booking kit along with the welcome gift and walked out of there. They returned our cheque. The sales team has to be more informed for the sake of the customers as for us it is not just another day at work. A customer spends a lot of time, energy and emotions while selecting Home. This is not an experience one can expect and accept from a big name as Vascon.

Got a unfurnished flat there . Spacious, good looking, pleasant place to live in . In deep to discuss there are no shelves or lafts to keep our unused things. Balcony doors and windows are very big and no grills there. Need basic amenities like Gym, indoor play areas.

Great scenic society. Gated. Huge spaces and large apartments. Great place to be at.
