Quiet place and nicely built. Flats are a bit smaller as a lot space is occupied by balcony or terrace. Would have been better if we had just one balcony or terrace. Surrounding is that great and you wont find the essential shops near by.

Very Nice society,Good Ambience,Good flats,East and West facing in single flat as only two flat on one floor. Very Clean society with security Guards.Also smooth breeze is flowing continuously through balcony in the flats. Quite Place

Good place to stay with all amenities.

Away from the chaos of Kunal Icon road. A residential projected being fitted in a small area.Very narrow inside roads. Corridor is also just enough to pass to the lift. Rest construction is good one and overall cool place as situated adjacent to the greenery within the Army area.

Well illuminated society in the evening. Looks of the swimming pool and gym is fantastic.buildings are in a straight line and having a look like a railway quarters like other Kunal icon societies.since only few flats are occupied felt very calm and serene but will not be the case when all the flats are occupied. Flats are species but kitchen is too small.As there is no common passage on the floor door entries are right there at the end of a staircase. No separate entries.

Bit off bit location but well designed flats. Nice gym, swimming pool. Inside guest parking available. Quiet and serene place. This is a review of visitor.

Me and my family living here since more than a year. This project is situated at such a place wherein you will find a great peace. The East-West facing makes it more super and one can enjoy a lot. This project is just perfect considering tag line of developer M/s. Raviraj - Prolific. Private. Premium.Builder M/s. Raviraj & its team is very positive on customer needs. They have taken all small steps to make members life secured, safe & most importantly enjoyable.Being chairman of this society had given long list of improvement suggestions and the same were implemented by M/s. Raviraj team, however it took some time. Also ad-hoc committee members / and other members given their inputs which were accommodated by Builder though those were not part of the design. Overall top management team is very much keen to make society happy living place.The ambiance is quiet good. People living here are also very much cooperative, cohesive and joyful. A very great place !!!

This is a great residential apartment. Timings you see on google are of the sale office. As far as living here is concerned, I’m living here for about 6 months, spacious house, good club house, good for people who look for a peaceful stay with quite surroundings. This is opposite to the back gate of Aundh Military Gate, becomes slightly difficult for the people to find unless the route’s guided properly.

Very nice society.....

Builder lies to customers a lot. Many flat owners have confirmed that a lot of work from builder is pending even after 2 years of purchase and possession of flat. Dont get blinded by the lights and other features. A lot of feature promised are actually lies. Always ask views of existing flat owners before purchase.

Newly constructed housing society. Some building construction is going on. All society covered under CCTV cameras. But location is something outside. Flats in this society is very beautiful and well constructed. 24 hours security guards available.

The apartments are very good, good security. The only problem is the approach road to this society is not that good.

I haf visited this society for new flat enquiry. The 2 bhk flats were okay and construction quality os good. The location is bit of concerned as it is indoor and next to army area. There is also a tablela right in front of the society.
