My experience was very bad with Status Sales. I purchased Dell compatible battery, which was not working with my Dell laptop. I was harrassed to get the refund. Visited more than 5 times from my office time and every time he asked me to come with my personal laptop from home and he changed 2 different batteries and every time it doesnt worked. Initially he refused to refund and refused to take the faulty battery back. After multiple visit he finally did. Bad service.
