Worst service... They took 1350/- just for ubantu installation and provided crashed version. Not at all recommended.

I had a worst experience. Paid 10k reinstalled windows twice. They changed entire hardware. Still laptop is having issue. They just want to charge u like anything. Please dont visit this shop

Worst customer service, i went to the store to enquire about new graphic card, i dont know who was on the counter but when i asked him about the price quote, he was literally ignoring me as i was not even there. I was standing there like a fool for about 5 minutes. And at last he said, we will give you a call back tomorrow with the complete price list. I never got a call,looks like they dont care about the customer. hence, purchased the product from mega byte system whose staff were really helpful. Never ever going to this store again whose staff are slow af.

Not able to give half star so giving one. Last year they did good service so I went again but this time they broke the lock of keyboard cover and made a small cut on the screen but did not admit to both these things.Also , paid them for microsoft office installation which also isnt working.I got a workaround done from dell service centre but it is still temporary. terrible service , go there at your own risk.I am out of country now so cannot go there for the MS office issue so complete money and time wastage + screwed up laptop

Worst items , i purchased a graphics card from this shop. After 1months it fluctuated again and again . I came to them and i told to exchange or repair it well they do something and problems occour again.After purchasing items. If any problems happen they never respond ones u purchase something.

They solved one issue, and created another. Delay in returning laptop, not punctual, response to customer queries is very bad. I had to wait for 2 hours just to recheck and fit internal chip which was gone fault with their servicing earlier.

I got my laptop repaired here. The person did some analysis within few minutes and told me the solution and estimate. Also, got laptop battery in discounted price as compared to online price.

Have changed my keyboard from them.They have damaged the internal panel lock and the keyboard is not fitting properly.I noticed it but somehow didnt get time to go to the shop and report and when I went back they said we only cover 90 days service warranty and your bill is 91 days old ( out of warranty) so you should have checked before.If this is the services they are providing and they dont want their customers to visit again then I would not recommend it to go there.
