I have purchased a laptop from the store. They have assured me the no-cost EMI. A month later in credit card statement, I realized that the interest have been charged on my purchase. Also, during the purchase they offer you the free goodies and once the purchase made they refused about their statement. I doubt about the authentication of the laptop that I purchased. I will advise anyone who will purchase the goods from this store. Be aware about your purchase and if possible try to avoid buying from this store under name of discounted price. I am genuine buyer and not a fake review. Please avoid the store for any further purchase. I wish I could have given zero star for their fraudulent service.

In year 2019 dec i got new laptop from this store but in 2021 march suddenly it stops working when i visited this store they said we dont provide services you should visit hp store @ hp store i have got to know that the laptops parts where changed that laptop was having hhd of kingston 500gb ram 4 gb its real specifications where 1 tb ssd and 8 gb ram and its not in warranty.i have paid 12000 extra at hp store to install ssd and ramEven they cheated me for emi it was 10 months emi and took 4000 as bajaj finance fees.Please ensure that the laptop is not opened.

Not appropriate in service. High negligence while working and cant handle too many customers at one time. Do not accept their mistakes and instead try their best to convince you that they arent mistaken. Had given them my laptop to install ssd. Even after two days the work wasnt done whereas the person told me that it will be done by the next day itself. Finally on the third day I called them 4-5 times and everytime they cut the call because the person had no idea whether my laptop was ready or not. Finally they answered and I went there to collect my laptop the installation was done right but now my dvd slot doesnt close properly and when I asked them he said that its not their fault and that as there wasnt any slot for ssd they had to insert it in the dvd drive and now it will stay the way it is ( the slot will never close properly).Frankly they took advantage of customers not having enough knowledge about such technical things.

The owner and staff of the LEE directly says if the product is sell by us its not our responsibility if the product has hardware issue or whatever it may be even though the product is in warranty... from my side i wont suggest ppl to take laptop from this shop.... Given a new laptop with scratches by telling take it in evening after installing windows next day when I ask to give me the new one there employee was rude just because I took that laptop on bajaj finance emi fraud in making downpayment.

02.05.2018Purchased a MSI laptop from this shop through Paytm online, they sent me a package where the seal was torn and a cello tape was stuck over it and the inner guide cover was also torn. When i switched on the Laptop for the first time looking for graphic card it was not detecting.In 2 days i applied for replacement the replacement is approved waiting for 10 days since the return is approved. Expecting for the replacement to arrive .... and then will give a review over it but for now its disappointing feel they are cheating.04.05.2018Today i have packed the laptop to this shop as it was damaged through DTDC courier.. waiting for the next process to take place.pic below...
