I dont wish to give a one star, Ive purchased laptop in dcc, they rip off me for 5k or more than 5k theyll tell we are this and that and will make deal, if see prices other offline pc mall youll get much cheaper laptop.Especially pradip Jadhav this guy wont give what is offered only make u buy wont even give bought material what free with it such as bag, headphone and mouse and will say there is no offerIf youre seeing these review and going to make deal with them listen, when I bought laptopafter purchasing sir do you 1 minute we want review pls It wont take longer pls sirThey requested me for 6-7 time at leastAll 2k reviews are taken like thisDont make deal with dcc, or with pradip Jadhav.if youre seeing these reviews and going to buy laptop from dcc..... Listen youre going to make huge mistake instead but from either other offline store or online

This is hands down one of the worst places I have been to. I went there with a friend who had to get the laptop cleaned and some fixes. The technical guy says to come on a weekend from 10 km after a previous visit and doesnt show up himself to cause a further delay in work. Thanks to this horrible place. Wouldnt recommend any one to get any kind of service from them.

I personally wont give a single star to this place, They literally harassed buyers.On purchasing time saying its Authorize branch of Dell but the service is as cheap as electronics repairing shop. I Purchased Dell monitor which was damaged internally. Then I contacted them, they said come fast exchange this product but when I visited there, they dont have any Dell P2419H to exchange and on the other hand they said please come tomorrow. If I was getting this product tomorrow then whats the point of buying today, on this their statement was, we have but its at wagholi. And on same day I travelled to wagholi got this product change, I was regretting on buying monitor from this place. They took my whole day to travell from here to there. Its best to not purchase any product from this so called Authorize branch, just pathetic.

Worst Place i have visited., I bought HP 830 Printer from here which did not started only , and hp told then to give replacement which they are unable to provide from last 1 week .., waste of money and time at this place .., staff don’t take any responsibility..,

Worst service.dont ever buy from this shop. Unprofessional staffs. I went there to buy laptop and after paying the bill they told me that the laptop they showed me is actually 7000 more than what I paid. I demanded refund they told me I will get my money within 24 hrs. It has been 2 weeks since then and I still havent got the refund.
