Nice initiative started by TATA at Katraj near ICICI Bank. One can get various type of electronic and electrical products here. The prices mentioned on product are more, but can get discount on different cards for respective products. Executives are experienced and cooperative. They follow all Covid protocols and hygiene. The cleanliness is upto the mark. The parking is sufficient for two wheelers.

This place is really great not only for their quality product but also for their well trained staffs. The staffs are really helpful and they have a clear on each & every products. When I went there just to check and get some information about the water purifier as I was planning to buy something within 10k-12k However, Ive chosen one and the sales officer came and explained me about my chosen one and also suggested me more options.And, finally she convinced me to purchase a aquaguard genius water purifier on that from their shop. I was just amazed with her selling capability and customer handling procedure. She did the whole billing.I also asked her name nd that excellent sale officer was *Ms. Deepali gurram* maam. She was extremely polite , very knowledge on the product and she were quite courteous and patient with all queriesI am really happy with her service in CromaThanks to Croma for providing me an excellent service (though I spent more than double of my budget!) !!

Very bad experience, sales manyogesh do not have maners of talking, and sales man says if price once asked and if he gives us time and explains all the features of tv it is compulsory to purchase it and we cannot go anywhere else.

Croma is good place to buy, exchange most of the electronic devices. Store offers items such as mobiles, laptops, camers, TVs, music systems, fridge, washing machines, headphones and other electronic item from multiple vendors at discounted rates. Support staff here helps clarify your queries, provides demo of required product and do home deliveries. Installations for some items are provided free of cost.

All products available are upto the mark & prices are equivalent to the online prices. I would really appreciate the efforts taken by the staff at Croma but only one thing that I observed is they are less aware about product specifications, specially with 5G phones. Rest everything is fine.

By interacting with every customer who comes to store , he will get every information, offer, everything about items he wants. The staff working here are very polite. I am too much happy with their service.Thank you croma.

Bad service. Demo of product not provided. No one picks up the the outlet contact number.Staff making false promises and do not ever respond back. Worst service ever. Will never buy any product from Chroma or will not even suggest anyone. These people are defaming trusted Tata name.

I am going to buy philips OTG there and I Google in my mobile for that price and I surprised that Vijay Sales given more discount on that product even the price gap is almost 800 k so I told there Sales person and he told me that we cannot compare our prices with Vijay Sales if you want you can buy that from there..this is actually bad experience to me now from now I am planning to buy any electronics I will 100 % going to Vijay Sales only ..

It was a Sunday, not much crowded and Croma guys in the appliance section were busy gossiping. Lack of interest to help customers. May not go this site again to buy or may go to see the product before buying online. Poor service.

Big store, friendly staff. Smooth check out. Huge range of productsUpdate - Friendly staff gave wrong info about delivery and installation. Product received after 4 days of purchase which was promised next day delivery. Now installation guys says installation is free but we need to buy fittings etc which are not included in the box and it will cost us additional 500 rs which was told to us as small fittings only if necessary. Now not so impressed by the services and promises.

Had very bad experience today....went there for Nord ce 5G one plus mobile...they had only one piece available at them..as soon as I shown intrest in purchasing that piece...they started to force me to take 1800 rs insurance which I was not intrested to take..they have not given me that piece..I just want to take a look in that matter @cromaindia & @oneplusindia

The sales persons are there to ask your requirements n explore you the options with their specifications. You will get discount on most of the products. You can get the same product here at discounted price which online sites are offering.

This Croma outlet is enormous is size. Its easily visible from the highway and is at short distance from Katraj chowk. The staff is professional. The range of products here is quite huge and filled with latest models for various brands. My only concern was that the place doesnt have good discounts which you can easily get at their competitors store. Best is to check offers online as well as at 2-3 more stores before finalizing your deal.

New place. Good collection of product. Price needs to be reasonable. In some product they have best deals but in mobile phones and laptops and tablets their price is on higher side.Rest is all good so far as new store and new staff. Not like store in Fatima Nagar where nobody cares about customer and they are busy talking to their colleagues.

Newly opened Cromā Retail at Katraj Chowk, less crowded however not easily accessible from Katraj Chowk. Since this is new shop, availablity of electrical and mobile is less as compared to their other stores in city. Rather visiting the store check their online offers and schedule a pick-up or request a call back.

Ok ok place.... Very limited variety of products and lesser stocks sometimes no stock.You need to push for checking availability elsewhere and need to convince to order for you.Price is competitive.Lacks in enthusiasm in sales support staff.

Good place for electronic product shopping

The store was good enough but the salesmen present there are way worse they dont have dedicated knowledge or even the attention span greater than a toddler. I was there to buy a Mac but salesmen were very distracted and were intruding when I went on phone to know about stuff. Some were too busy for there calls and problem avoiding work. Overall the sales team is a little off putting but on the contrary structure was nice of the store
