I needed to upgrade my ram so I ordered Crosair 8 GB ram from Amazon.So in order to install it I visited the Elite computer repair shop.One technician opened my laptop and was installing the ram in my laptop and then owner asked me to do laptop servicing and it will cost me Rs 600 so I gave him go ahead.When the technician was about to start my laptop to check ram is working or not then the show owner stops him in the middle of the process and says that frequency dont match with laptop RAM frequency.And starts opening the mid assembled laptop without checking and suggest me that this ram will not work you need another RAM so he insisted to install Ram from his shop and takes tha ram from his inventory I doubt it was the genuine 8 gb RAM so he installs and ask me take another 8 gb because 8+4 will not work but I said I didnt have any issue and took around 4 k and asked me that he will help me to take back my Amazon orders crosair Ram withe price of Rs 2500 rs I denied because Amazon was not taking back that Ram so he finished the assembly and gave me the laptop.But I had trust issue with the owner so another day I visited another shop and he installed my Crosair RAM without any issue.So I called the owner and asked him to take back his ramIn morning I visited his shop so from 4 k he gave me back 3400/- but he took 3500 from me for that ram so after convinced with the fact he gave me 100 rs againBecause of him I was harassed in the process of upgrading RAM and fighting with Amazon customer service.I told him I will put the Google review so he said sir please dont put Google review I will send you 500rs back but Dont put review.So this review is not because of money but dishonesty with the customer.Looting customer is the main agenda of this shop owner and the people dont have that much knowledge abut the computer hardware are the prey of this kind of laptop repair shopThis is due to dishonesty and Mental Harassment.

Over priced. For 10 mins simple software installation charged 500 Rs. It was my second visit but next time definitely will not turn to his shop.

This guy is honest and fully transparent. My system was quite slow, he replaced hard drive with SSD on spot and system performance has improved significantly. I do recommend him due to his professionalism and trustworthiness

Based on ratings, I went to repair my laptop at ECS hinjewadi location. They kept it with them for 3 days. After that i had to take my laptop because they said they have no solution and no suggestion.I said OK. But when they returned me the laptop, the touchpad had stopped working. This is purely carelessness while packing the laptop, or they have very less or no experience in it.Instead of resolving my issue, they added another one to it.They have increased my expenditure unnecessarily.So, I highly do not recommend this place. Atleast not the hinjewadi location. He is just good at talks, but no work quality.Please reach out to me if you need any clarifications.
