At first the work done was good but they seriously lacks professionalism. I have given my ipad for fixing and they took over a week with me constantly reminding. Then suddenly I got to know that the iPad is fixed without any estimations or my approval to go ahead and obviously I was bound to pay money. Nevertheless the device was working so all good.Then the very next day I noticed finger prints and glue under the iPad screen, called them up and they said to bring it. When showed it to them, the 1st suggestion was try to work like that as this is a lot of work to open the device etc. Means seriously, you made a mistake and rather than showing professionalism and fixing it, you are giving me this amazing suggestion. Anyways I insisted and they fixed it.So all in all, got it working after 4 visits.P.S. in the second visit when I went to pickup the device, they asked me to write down a review. So here I have put down my honest review.

Very professional and technically sound team. I am writing this after consistent similar customer ceñtric experience all of my 3 to 4 visits for getting my mobile phones and Laptop repaired. They are doing component level repairing which is economical to users. Recently had pleasant experience in getting my Dell INSPIRION repaired.

Best place if you have Apple devices maybe iPhone or Mac that needs repairs. I had given my iphone and Mac to fix which had issues. I had also been to Apple stores earlier who denied repairs. I went there for repair my iPhone 6 and 5s. both Touch button got change. and battery changed of iPhone 5s only, but on second day iPhone 5s was not getting charged. so I visit again and given them my mobile for diagnose the issue. after 3 day when I visited to collect the mobile it was not ready and they given my mobile just tightening the screw, but problem remain same. thank god I checked issue before leave his door. again they opened device and doing something, now problem has fixed up. the owner has very good knowledge, but they should give priority to customer who came to his door. customer waiting area is not available. parking also not free.

I went to this shop to fix my Nokia 6.1 Plus, it was repaired in 6-7 hours and so far my phone working as expected. I went for battery replacement for OP3. Battery expansion caused screen to pop out from edges. I was explained all changes thatll be done to repair the screen along with battery replacement. After the repair the screen looks just as fresh as new. No defects found post repair. Totally satisfied with the care and repair done. Great service guys.. keep it up.

I recently got a battery replacement for my iPhone SE in less than a quarter of the price that Apple store was quoting. Actually Apple store was quoting a price higher than the cost of the phone. The battery works fine and I’m happy with their service. I also had an audio issue resolved on a second phone for a very affordable price.I would recommend this place to others.

I got my iphone repaired here and still regretting it. They kept it for almost a month fixed one problem and introduced two new. They will charge high, would give back phone saying they fixed it but problem would start surfacing after couple of days. I had to finally move on to another store after getting frustrated with their service.

I called them to discuss my Ipad Mini 2 problem, but instead of listening properly they said they are getting another call so tell me quickly your problem, i politely said may be you can take that call and call me back, arrogantly that person said not possible they are very busy these days. Dont understand what kind of professionalism they have. Worst experience!

Asif is a little master. He fixed my iPhone 6s charging issue correctly by replacing the part within 1 hour. He also fixed the volume for my phone. Smooth and satisfying transaction.

I wouldnt recommend considering that I repaired 3 phones (oppo, vivo and iphone 5s) here recently and within a week one of the phones already has a cracked screen. Very unhappy customer!

I have got my honor repaired on 5 june which stopped in 4 days again and it been 15 days now they have still not repaired after reading the said review they have returned full amount back.Below reply shows your concern and care about customers the eyewash your trying to do, i agree the phone was given at hadapsar branch but this is ur main branch what i understand from ur store. You have refunded me the money but just bcos i have put a true review about your services. You have agreed below that the IC u repaired was faulty and failed in 3 days which talks about your quality. You have asked for 1800 for the IC saying that due to lock down its not available but when i bargained you fitted low quality spare for just 1000 which is costing 750 in service center. That shows how you are cheating customers by over charging and using low quality spares. i hope since u refunded my money you have not damaged my phone further just in revenge if that the case i find i will ensure a serious action would be initiated.

I replaced my poco f1 screen here , the staff is very helpful. Writing the review after using the phone 3weeks.1. Display is working perfect.2. Touch is reponsive.3. Face detection n sensors working fine.4. Only the front camera is now not able to balance the light and focus properly.

This shop is genuine. I had given my laptop for repair in July 2018. After 3 days he called and told me that the laptop charger is not working and since we did not open the laptop, we will not charge you anything. I was happy with the service, honesty and genuineness of the guys working for this shop. I recommend people to go for them without having fear of feeling cheated.
